Long story short, my ticket got lost (I GET IT, food service is tough and these things happen sometimes). After about 30 minutes I asked about it and they not only made it right within about 10 minutes total, they gave me a cannoli to apologize.The owner was a total sweetheart, as was her staff. The food though? DELICIOUS. The crust was one of the best I've ever had. We tried the Short Fuse pizza truck today for lunch and had a great experience. It had a crispy bottom but airy crust and my husband and I really enjoyed their topping options. We would absolutely eat here again, and it's a bonus that we get to drink at Emerald Republic brewing at the same time.
