I haven't been to a Starbucks since 2016 and would not go to one if it was the last place on earth that had coffee. It's too politically stuffy, yupity.

The worst coffe ever!!I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and they forgot to add the Caramel. When I told them about it, they just added it on top and still tasted like nothing. Totally Flavorless.

ordered a coffee… the next customer comes up with a 5 min problem to be dealt with. after that the starbucks employee forgets me and starts stocking the kitchen. we make eye contact like 3 times and never gets started on my drink. not until other customers come up does she remember that i had ordered something… was she high on the job? or just racist? or lazy? or bad at her job? i got a simple sorry, but was expecting a “oh my god im so sorry… im an idiot.” but didnt get that ? unreal experience

Only ordered coffee, but it was prepared PERFECTLY. Staff there are always considerate, in spite of sometime having rude customers. We love stop there regularly on our trips.

Every time I visit a drive-thru or place a pick-up order at Starbucks, I enjoy sharing a sticker or bookmark. Due to my addiction to Starbucks, I frequented the store especially since one was conveniently built less than 2 miles away. During my recent visit, barista A handed me one of my drinks and I offered her a bookmark, which made her quite excited. She promptly informed the rest of the team, leading barista B to rush over and inquire if I was the "sticker girl." Barista A confirmed my identity, and barista B happily informed me that she had been saving a sticker to give me on her next shift. This unexpected gesture truly made my day. Little do they know, my son has Autism, and we are actively trying to cultivate kindness, empathy, and the importance of sharing joy with others. Kindness holds immense power to brighten someone's day, and this experience definitely did that.

It is so hard to think or have a conversation in the shop. The calling out of orders or shop talk is great. However the constant slamming of the ice machine, the trays, etc., can be startling. It's like dropping a metal gray on a concrete floor every 10 seconds. I get they are in a hurry. I don't work behind the counter, so I can't give a solution. The occasional sound of metal slamming isn't so bad but the loud metal crashing is so annoying. When I talked to the gal behind the cash register, she was dumbfounded. She blamed it on the ice machine.Maybe have to go back to Drowsy Poet.

The Java chip coffee at Starbucks is simply amazing. This signature drink features a blend of rich, smooth coffee, chocolate chips, and a splash of creamy milk. The combination of these ingredients creates a flavorful and indulgent beverage that is perfect for any time of day. Whether it's a mid-day pick-me-up or an after-dinner treat, the Java chip coffee is sure to satisfy your cravings. One of the best things about this drink is its texture. The chocolate chips and milk give a creamy, decadent texture that is sure to please. The coffee itself is bold and robust, providing the perfect base for the chocolate and milk to shine. And of course, the whipped cream on top makes this beverage even more delicious. Overall, the Java chip coffee at Starbucks is a must-try for anyone who loves coffee and chocolate.

only giving 2 stars because they remade the drink last time, but don’t bother going here. you could do better at home. ive came here a couple times since moving to this side of town and each time the workers are short with you and the drinks are awful. seriously need to shut it down and train their employees.

I've been here twice since they recently opened and both times are orders were completely wrong. My cold brew was just an iced coffee and the woman at the window was very rude. The first time we ended with just a cup on milk... I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to a better store. The store looks beautiful though.

A year ago in 2022 this used to be my favorite spot. I feel now the staff is under trained and each time I have to try and fix my drink before leaving out which isn’t why I come in the first place. I got my coffee this morning and once again I’m trying to make it correctly. I rarely ever give reviews, however I want the best for my one favorite spot and know the constructive criticism may get it back. It’s not the service, it’s the training, or lack of.

I went to get coffee last night. I checked the hours it said they were open till 8pm. I was there before 7:30pm. They were closed. It was a disappointment to drive all the way there and it be closed. Also very inconvenient. Truly a bad experience.
