After having a not so great morning at the other nine mile location the manager here helped me so fast and efficiently I had a long night at the ER and simply just wanted my coffee and food and wound up ordering at the wrong location but she fixed it for me in a heart beat thank you!

Excellent customer service!! I had trouble getting my debit card unlocked in a crazy packed Starbucks and the gentleman at the register was amazing and kind! I will definitely come back and make sure I look out for him to thank him!Not to mention, the Frapuccino‘s are always amazing. The only thing I ever regret is not getting more.?

Love this location! We come to this area almost once a month and always enjoy our beverages here. Service is great. They don't act bothered when you come in like a lot of other bucks locations. A+
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Ordered one beverage using the mobile app. Said it would be ready in 10 mins. 45 mins later in the store, still waiting on them to make my beverage. The employees were laughing and joking around with each other while customers were obviously discontent standing in the store waiting for their orders to be completed in a timely manner. The employees were in such a state of disarray and so rushed they were grabbing and slinging jugs of milk, creamer, etc., to hurriedly make beverages. It appeared they could easily get the proportions incorrect. Also, there were multiple liquids all over the counter tops as the counters were not being wiped and the employees weren't cleaning their hands after making orders. Didn't see any employees wearing sanitary gloves. Overall, didn't appear to be a well managed Starbucks. Needless to say, won't be returning to that location.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two venti refreshers. The lady charged us $5.65 each instead of $4.95 as listed on the menu in the picture. When asked her about if she was very rude and said the price on the sign doesn't matter. The time before when I went to this Starbucks it took 30mins to get my drink.

Kaylee and the other two workers, one with a ponytail and freckles, and the other with blue hair were working so hard, even so close to closing. Treated me and my girlfriend with such kindness! Made amazing drinks too.You’d think with being so close to closing that you’d want to just be over with work, but they were putting their full 100% like any other day!
