just had a drive thru barista tell me that the thursdays 50% off coupon only applies if you get two drinks. attached is a photo of the coupon and the terms and conditions, in which nothing is said about having to get two drinks. ??? like why?

Title: Excellent Service Despite Busy Drive-Through Review: "I had an exceptional experience at this Starbucks location! Despite the drive-through line being wrapped around the building, I opted to walk in. To my delight, I received prompt service at the cash register and got my perfectly made drink very quickly. The chairs were super comfy during my short wait. This Starbucks has definitely become my favorite spot!"

Everyone here is always so kind and friendly. I come to this location every single morning with my small dog and before work and order the same coffee: Venti Iced Caramel macchiato, Quad, stirred, extra ice, & Lite 2% milk.A few months ago, I told the cashier I wasn’t sure how to order my coffee how I liked it, and she told me to start asking for lite 2% milk, and that’s exactly what the missing piece was!Very seldom my coffee will be off, whether I accidentally ordered wrong or if it was the Barista (usually my fault). When that happens the staff is so friendly, understanding, and remakes my drink without making me feel bad about it. That’s what great customer service is. Mistakes happened everywhere with anyone, but how you handle it is what’s more important. Every employee at the Pine forest, W-nine mile location deserves all the kudos you can get. And a huge thank you to the staff for being open on Easter. ?ASLO, Wesley, my small dog, loves the staff, too! And that’s a huge win in my book.

The customer service is always mediocre. No one seems to be happy about being at work. I have started going to the location near University because my order is never made correctly, so much for saving time. I’m not sure if it’s a new thing but there was a sticker of a cow on my cup lid……..?

Cutting product. After going back and forth with my reviews I'm now convinced that they are deliberately withholding product in order to save money. I get a white chocolate mocha everyday from there. Every once in a while I'll go through one or two weeks of it being a weak and lacking sweetener. I can understand weak coffee but when the sweetener is lacking at the same time, everyday, that tells me they're cutting product. So when this happens I drive down the road to the other Starbucks by University parkway where it's always the same, always consistent.

This location is my go-to location with the distance from my apartment to the great and quick service. I always enjoy my morning coffee. No hate, but also- can we not get lgbtq+ flags on our cups? I don’t mind who is making my coffee, but please leave your politics and opinions to yourselves. I just want my coffee, it’s too early for this nonsense. I don’t care who you are or what you do, but don’t push this kind of behavior onto your paying customers. Not everyone cares. Just really unprofessional and unnecessary.

Review is based on service. I placed an order on my mobile app just before I got to the drive thru order screen and the employee said for future reference I should place the order 5 minutes before I get there. Seriously? I understand I came during a busy time but I would like to know what the issue was considering it’s no different time-wise than placing the order with her at the screen. lt’s not like I placed a big order or something. I even got the notification that it was ready while still in line and three cars away from the pickup window. In my opinion, that was an unnecessary and unprofessional thing to say. Not to mention that the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso always comes not filled to the top and it’s made quite different frequently as if there’s not a specific recipe for it.

horrible customer service!I ordered a drink to pick up through drive through far in advance, I got stuck in traffic and I got a notice that my drink was finished. So I pulled to the window with one person in front of me and a line at the order machine. When I spoke to the first person, I wasn’t greeted I was given a price. This was my birthday order so it was free which means they didn’t know who I was and that’s no surprise to me. I explained that I had placed my order and it had said it was complete, but I was stopped midway through And yelled at by another employee. Apparently I had broken their policy and I should have gone through the whole drive-through line. My experience was hideous from a customer service point of view. The drink was barely warm and they didn’t bother to put a sleeve on it. I hope the store closes .
