I was verbally abused by the female customer service. The lettuce was brown. I asked if she could dig down to find lettuce with no brown to make me a salad she said "Get Out! Your dog just bit somebody!" The store was empty. She was training an old man. I forgot about it and and went back and the old man said "get out"! I was humiliated abused verbally lied about by my absolutely favorite healthy food. WHY? What could this disabled senior with a medical needs service dog do to get so abused lied about and humiliated for? Why does Subway hate me? Why?

This is the 3rd time this happened. If y'all close earlier than 8 then please adjust your hours. We just went in at 7:30 and was told the store is closed, which is understandable! Just please adjust your time to reflect the new operation of hours.

I was unable to catch her name because she wasn't wearing a name badge and I don't blame her because of the attitude she had I wouldn't want any of my customers knowing my name but she didn't want to be there she was upset and gave a dirty look when we walked in all I wanted was food before I went to work my order wasn't super complicated I wasn't requesting stuff completely out of the wall crazy but probably won't be going back to that Subway again just because of the customer service that I received

I frequent there often but after today, I have had enough. A few of the workers are rude on the regular and they're always looking as if they don't want to be there. Tonight I ordered a meal and specifically stated that I wanted to substitute the chips for cookies but was charged for combo+ extra cookies and was told that "I had to get chips or extra cookies because"he" is not here to do a refund". That is very non-attentive and unprofessional behavior. If you don't want that job, find another elsewhere!!!! Horrible service and horrible attitudes...ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK?? (I will be doing a Better Business Bureau Complaint as well) ✅

Our favorite subway ever! Very clean and efficient. The staff is friendly and nice! Food is amazing as well. Great management. Definitely recommend to everyone!!!
