Every time I try to go to the Subway On Michigan Avenue in Pensacola, Florida Prior to closing hours, they have their doors locked. They are rude unprofessional. I will not be returning to the store ever again.I watched 2 other cars. Pull up to try to order food in the few minutes that I was there.

Ordered through the app. My husband got about 3 leafs of spinach and did not get his 3 dollar bacon. I got about 5 leafs of spinach and none of my 2 dollar smashed avocado. We will go back to pub subs from now on.

A child could make a better sandwich. Nothing more than a bread sandwich. Had to look really hard to find the meat. Footlong turkey and a BMT. You won't see me back at this joint. Closing early and no bread sign on the door are some other experiences I have had at this place. Come on, No BREAD!!! DO NOT go there.
Comfy, my sandwiches were delicious and the cookies were absolutely yummy, only downside is wanting more cookies

Customer service is at an all time low. Young employees who close the store whenever they feel like it. Came several times and although it’s still within operating hours the staff will tell you they’re closed. Most of the time when they are willing to sell you some food they’re out of most items. Then with tonight’s visit I stop by to get a pizza for my daughter and when I walk in the staff tells me they’re only doing online orders. Really what is the purpose of that??? Thank God Dominos pizza is next door. While sitting here waiting on my dominos pizza I’ve witness 4 different customers get turned away at subway because they didn’t place online orders. I’m convinced this subway location just doesn’t want to make money anymore. I don’t know why I bother to come back.
