I ordered a footlong boss for pick up online order. I got home to find a six inch sub without the cheese or pepperoni. I called and told them, they closed on 20 minutes and the only option I was given was to rush back up there and they would have my sub. Get up there AGAIN and have to wait again while they make it, I was stupid for not checking it yet I said 3x I ordered a footlong - it is a #6 so maybe they couldn't read the ticket - I got home and had another 6 inch, but at least it was the right half a sub I paid for and ordered and wasted two trips and an hour of time gettint it. Usually they are okay, nothing great nothing terrible, 9th Ave in sacred heart is great and makes good subs. This location just doesn't care much or pay attention. Guess that's what you get with teenagers running the place.Dietary restrictions: They give you half your order so you don't get fat

The female manager was rude with a negative attitude. She had been there since 8 am and at 11 am the tea was still not made. I asked when the tea will be available. She said I don't know because it takes a long time to cook the tea. Not true. This Subway needs attention from the General Manager and the District Manager.

Come in to use a coupon just gotten in the mail, an was told it was expired definitely wouldn’t have came in an got a sandwich I would of know that a coupon I just got in the mail was expired. An then for the guy to try to make a statement that oh it had been sitting there like what? Horrible business days coupon was 2 days old an couldn’t do it what a joke of a restaurant

Wrong ordered delivered ! Called restaurant female rude employee said too bad and hung up ! Was told to Call door dash … order wasnt placed thru door dash .. close it down !!!!! Don’t ever order at this subway - has absoulty no management …. Owner of franchise don’t care about revenue I suppose ….
Handed the people behind the counter my order for 3 subs, they said they couldn't read...not my writing, but couldn't read. So then we started a long process of repeating everything multiple times into utter confusion to people who couldn't understand me, and i took home subs that were entirely wrong. I love Subway but this is unacceptable...people in food service that cant read or understand their customers cannot provide good service.

I ordered a bogo sub deal on the app and it was made lightning fast. The sweet heart inside was funny, friendly and amazing! I will be back and tip bigger next time. Thank you for the great service!! I know this job can be ruff. A++ at this location!! Girl inside needs a raise!!
