Was absolutely the worse Mexican food I've ever had. Tacos tasted like nothing but lime, and the salsa have no flavor.

Very good tacos. Some of the best we’ve had. I wasn’t expecting the chicken taco to be made that way, I expected it to be made with cilantro & onion but all was good.

Ordered on door dash so won't give full zero stars cause I can't speak to the ambiance. Order was delayed by almost an hour. Tacos overall not that flavorful. Also got Gordita's. Shrimp is totally flavorless. Don't get shrimp. Rest of food was fine, but wishing I had ordered from elsewhere. And I am not a picky eater.

I ordered queso, got a call when the driver got there they had no queso. Then finally after an hour I get my food and I had ordered chicken tacos but received tacos with a brown meat in them. I can't eat something if I don't know what it is. probably just pass on this place. Too much of a headache.

The campechana torta was absolutely delicious, and the texture of the bread was amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Don't let the outside or the location of the place stop you from trying this place out. We were on a hunt for tacos and it was the closest place to us plus we had a coupon. I always love trying new places especially when they don't look like all the other places. Our waitress was super sweet and helpful and her son was super adorable! We looked up this place before heading that way and what was online was definitely not what we got when we entered. It a real restaurant with some great deals if you go the right days. So, she bought us out a basket of chips and 3 different amazing sauces/salsa...dont let it fool you....it eventually creeps up on you. The flavors were great. I always base how the food might be on chips and salsa...they passed so I was excited. My son got the tacos and she recommended I get the corn tortilla quesdilla. When that food came out, you can smell and tell the authenticity of the food. The rice was piping hot and delicious and that corn tortilla!! Omg....get everything corn tortilla!! This is from someone who isn't a big fan of corn at all...I have always been flour girl. But, they make the best homemade corn tortillas ever!! I would highly recommend this place if you want authentic. The restaurant was clean and the service was awesome! We will definitely be back to try something new.Vegetarian options: You can make anything vegetarian but substituting beans for the meat.Kid-friendliness: Great environment and the kids will love the chips.

1st time eating here and it is the absolute Last time!!!The taco salad was soggy, ZERO flavor, very watery?7 year old did not like his Nachos, which did not look appealing to me!4 year old took one bite of his soft taco and did not want it! The server was slacking the entire time, even though I complained and she could see we did not eat anything, she showed ZERO concern?I just paid for it and we went home and cooked another dinner! Clearly the entire staff failed and obviously the Owner is completely at fault! Will NOT EVER, step foot in there again! ?A Huge, Big Fat ZERO Rating for this place!Parking: Good Luck!Parking is not going to be easy very small, tight parking lot.Don't bother stopping here!

Absolutely delicious! Authentic! My whole family was very impressed. We had a california burrito, chicken chimichanga dinner and a carnitas plate. The meats were all seasoned to perfection. The guacamole, pico de gallo and all the salsas were so flavorful. Everything was fresh and hot! Portion sizes were huge. Our server was very sweet, timely and attentive. This was the best exerpience and now my favorite taqueria in town! Oh and the restaurant was very clean and beautiful inside.

Great atmosphere and even better food, I understand I speak American and not Spanish but our server was Queen of the anti-personality unsocial club. Other than that unfortunate thing. This place is awesome and the manager/owner Hugo is key factor in the reason why, and whoever makes the fresh melt in your mouth fresh corn tortillas damn sure deserves recognition and a raise. I tip my sombrero to the tortilla king/queen.

I’ve yet to have a bad meal here. Most recently I had the steak fajitas for lunch. At $10 that’s hard to beat. Service can be a bit spotty but it’s likely due to short staffing. Authentic. Great flavors. It’s a regular stop for me now.

The burrito California was on point.Straight to the point food...no unnecessary additions, no showboating, just food. The salsa roja is decent. The only thing is that they should be careful of cutting the burrito while it's wrapped because little foil can get inside the food.

Wow! That was a loud mariachi band! We entered the restaurant through the only door and immediately we were in the bar face to face with the band. Thank heavens they were seating in the dining room not the bar! It was more tolerable there. Look, I love good music during a meal but when you cannot hear your dining companions, it is too loud. Yes I am old. They have done quite a lot to the restaurant since we first went and I love the changes. It looks more like a real Mexican restaurant now. There are a tremendous number of changes to the menu too. Basically everything has been "TexMex'ified". This is unfortunate. It was a very traditional Mexican restaurant when it opened. We went early on and I don't actually remember any menus at all. There were just photographs of food items on the walls. There also was no chips, no queso, no fajitas etc. Now all those things exist on the menu. They do still have traditional Mexicans street tacos but a lot of the other traditional Mexican dishes seemingly are gone. I'm not hating on the restaurant. They're still doing a good job! They just Americanized it. I get it. This is Pensacola. I ordered four Mexican street tacos and Helen ordered a shrimp street taco and their ceviche tostada. Both were delicious. I actually think the shrimp street tacos were the best of the four I ate. The ceviche is super fresh and delicious. The tostada is handmade in the restaurant then deep fried. It was nice that it didn't fall apart as we ate it. I ordered one asada, one al pastor, one shrimp, and one carnitas taco. All were great, but the shrimp and the al pastor were my favorites. The carnitas meat was very flavorful and full of fatty goodness! If you don't like fat these are not your tacos. These are the real traditional street tacos. The only toppings are onion and cilantro that's it. There were radishes on the side that were sliced pretty thick, so much so I didn't put them in the tacos. I just took bites of them as I ate. The tortillas are made in house and are sturdy enough that you do not need two, which is nice. Gone are the three salsas you see in pictures. You do have their regular salsa on the table and you can ask for salsa verde if you want the acid kick. I would have liked salsas like Tacos El Amigo has, but this is Taqueria Olgy's. Olgy's is still a solid restaurant, it's just evolving. I liked the traditional fare but I like the new stuff too. Is it better than El Asador or Tacos El Amigo? Nah, but it is good. Was too hungry and chowed down before pictures. Sorry.
