I’ve honestly never had a more rude server than Tim was tonight. He made us wait for everything and only gave refills after we asked. We come in about every two weeks and have had great service from Cherie, Jordan, Stuart, trinity, but wow words can’t describe how bad service was tonight. A server should never argue with you! Hopefully it was just a bad night for him but if others experience this service, he should be corrected.

I see why it has been so long since I've eaten here....the food was not what I expected it to be...I ordered the cajun shrimp and chicken pasta, it was so bland the red peppers were crunchy not sauteed. The Philly egg rolls were OK not something I will order again, and my husband had the whiskey glazed burger kinda wished I had order that, BC that was the most decent tasting thing we ordered. 50$ wasted...never again

I'll say right away that the servers we've had here are great! And the food tastes good! So why only 3 stars? Portion size to cost ratio. Yikes! You get like 7 fries. Things like that. The presentation of the food is creative, but I'm kind of thinking it is designed to make it look like you have more on the plate than is actually there. We'll only go here if it's just my wife and I and we aren't very hungry. We don't have the funds to bring a family here consistently.

The service here was amazing. Right off the bat they had told us they were short servers on a busy Sunday afternoon. It was never noticed. Our orders were taken quickly. Our food was brought out fast and was amazingly good. Drinks never ran dry. I've honestly had much worse service from a fully staffed restaurant. Covid spacing is still being used, which to me is a good thing. Overall would and will be dining here again.

I eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice, and have for several years. How good your service and food are definitely depend on when you go and who you get as a server. The food is always better during the day. I'm sure that since it's busier at night, things get rushed or overlooked. I've probably been served by everyone there and service is almost always better during the day. We usually ask for Stuart, as he provides top notch service. Jordan also has done a great job for us. I don't want to mention names of those who have been lousy, but anytime we go in at night, it's pretty bad. Here lately, they have been very short staffed, as have many of our favorite restaurants, but we understand and are patient.

The restaurant has hot and savory food with a great selection of menu items the severs are down to earth and the cook's take pride in the food they're 're serving the bartenders have style and house specials dont meet me their beat me there!

We walked in about 6:30 pm and was told there would be a 10-minute wait. I asked if we could sit down somewhere (due to a recent hip replacement) and the greeter said we could sit at the table right inside the entry vestibule. There was no seating available in the entry area, and as we were dining we saw a constant flow of customers coming in to be seated and due to a wait list most of them gathered in the entry area, standing around in close quarters, some of them not wearing masks. Although we were still waiting to be officially seated, a server approached us and took our drink orders. We explained we were waiting for a table and he checked with the greeters and they told us we could remain at the table and be served there. Our server William (nickname Boogie) was friendly and entertaining, but evidently he was spread pretty thinly, as after he brought our drinks he disappeared for awhile and gave us way more than ample time to decide what to order. I ordered the salmon and my husband ordered fried shrimp. When we finally got our food my broccoli and rice was just warm (not hot) but husband's broccoli was too hot to eat immediately. The salmon was a small serving but it was very good, as were the broccoli and the rice. The shrimp and fries were also good. By then it was 7:30 and we were ready for the check, but again William was nowhere to be seen. We finally caught his attention and paid with a credit card and left a 20% tip for him. The next morning my husband couldn't find his credit card and I called the restaurant in the hopes it had been found. The manager checked their safe but it wasn't there and promised to call the night manager to see if she had found the card, and he said he would call us back. As I write this review we haven't heard back yet so I called and cancelled the credit card. To summarize, the food was good, although not always hot, the service was spotty (possibly due to personnel shortage which is plaguing many restaurants due to Covid and generous unemployment compensation, and we would be willing to return to TGIFridays to try some other dishes that caught my eye, but with lowered expectations for food preparation and service.
Wait time was extensively longer than they said it would be. It took 20 mins just to get our drinks and we had to ask for someone to take our drink orders . Also, we didn't receive any silverware until after 30 minutes of sitting down . People who arrived way after us were already halfway through there meals by the time we got our food . Won't be back , at least for a while.

The worst dining experience I've ever experienced. Our young server did a good job trying to make up for what the kitchen and management of this location is lacking... my hat's to him for his effort. It was such an overall negative experience that we will probably never visit another Fridays again.
