The Delmonico Ribeye was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We also ordered the beet salad, brussels sprouts, and charcuterie board.

Almost 50$ for a disgusting cut and cooking of "steaks" ..people who think this is great , never tasted good food in their lives...I also asked 5 times for my beer with my food, no one would bring it ,so, I went to get it myself, then the bar tender fussed me saying, they would bring it....excuse me sir...but I've been waiting a half hour and now my foods half gone...I swear...no respect...btw..you can't delete my comments on here like on Facebook lol

Food is exceptional. Waiters are professional and personable; for a white-tableclothe restaurant, why are they playing elevator music?

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. When we walked in the manager greeted us and asked us if we have ever been there and we said no this was our first time, so she gave us a tour of the place and so we could choose where we wanted to sit. The lounge is good if your going to just sit and talk but the dining room is where my boyfriend and I would say to eat at. We then got sat in Daniel's section and he was very attentive to us, explained in great detail the menu and the meal options plus even gave the price information and even told us the portion sizes of everything. He had made some recommendations, but we ultimately chose something different. He kept making sure that we were good, that the food was good, and that we didn't need anything. I would suggest if you are to go to ask to sit in Daniel's section. It is a little on the expensive side but it is definitely worth every penny you will spend. Thank you to the staff and management for making our visit to your restaurant a very enjoyable one. Daniel you did a fantastic job keep up the great work! Thank you again!

A steak and seafood restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Pensacola!? The District provides a cozy, modern fine dining experience!Atmosphere: The space has a combination of brick and wood accents with a beautiful stairway in the entrance! The tables are covered with white table cloths; and depending on where you’re sitting, you get a view of the street!Service: We had a larger party, but our waiter took care of us like a champ! We were constantly checked up on and received our drinks and food quickly!Menu items: I got their Scottish Salmon Oscar for dinner and had their birthday dessert to end the night! (Celebrated here for my 22nd birthday!)The dining experience here is unique as the restaurant is in Pensacola’s more historic downtown district. They also have a glass window that shows their meat storage that you can find on your way to the restroom!

Steak was over cooked, salad was wilted, baked potato was undercooked, oysters rockefeller had me on the pot for half the next day. Should have known after the first one I shouldn't have ate another.Service was poor at best not one refill of water and our mixed drinks came well after the main course. Four us with a bill of five hundred dollars for something I could have whipped up at home for a qtr of that, steaks had zero flavor and my cut was full of fat and gristle, I will not be returning I've said that before about the district yet here we are..

The culinary part of the experience was good to very good (salad was very good, meat order small and overcooked). The wait staff could use some professional training. (Handing a knife by the blade, not bringing a refill wine order expediently, etc.). The noise level is still on the extreme end.

The District is right in the heart of the hip Pensacola downtown. It was my first visit and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent. From the friendly hostess to my server, who knew fine dining, they know the hospitality business. I ordered the chateaubriand for 2. Mouth watering and only $140 with mashed potatoes, asparagus. Other people in our group had various steaks all cooked perfectly and seasoned right. We tried calamari and several appetizers along with the onion soup. That is a MuST. It’s caramelized nicely. The deserts were amazing and worth the calories. The melting chocolate dome one was the bomb. I recommend The District highly.

Went there from a recommendation from a friend but I honestly think they undersold how awesome it was. Brought my wife for a promotion celebration and they even brought her a dessert with congratulations written on it! Great service and everything we tried tasted amazing! Definitely would recommend getting a dry aged steak it was totally worth it!

We started out with a glass of wine and Prosecco with Calamari as our appetizer, which definitely had a good twist to it. Then moved on to a Caprese salad and wedge salad for my husband. Our main course was the aged Ny strip steak that they are famous for and I ordered the fresh catch of the day (red snapper) As always all flavors were amazing. Service was impeccable. Timing was perfect. Nothing was rushed. It's truly once a year dinner for me and my budget but every year it's amazing! We dined on a Thursday night at 5 PM which was opening time. We were one of two couples in the restaurant; the intimacy, the view and the attention was perfect??

Service was great. Ordered the crispy calamari w/smoked romesco sauce and was amazing. Filet was perfectly seared and tender, best I've had in years. Everyone at the table were very happy with all the dishes that they ordered. We will definitely stop in again when we visit again later this summer. On a side note: I don't normally brag up vegetables, but the asparagus w/bearnaise sauce were outstanding... could have eaten them as main course and been happy.
