What a wonderful experience this was. I have never eaten at a fondue place and this was absolutely amazing. Our server was Brandon and he was fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable very friendly and all in all gave us five star service. We will definitely be back.

Service was fantastic. The booths are comfy and private which was great. But the food.... I don't understand the positive reviews?! My husband and I got the alpine cheese dip to start. It came with bread, cherry tomatoes, apples, carrots, and broccoli. The bread was wet and cold. For the price can't we get some little toasts or crunchy bread? The flavor of the cheese was ok. I would not recommend it. We got the coq au Vin cooking style with the classic meat selection and a custom plate (duck, more steak, and mushroom ravioli). The ravioli was so bland because it basically has no sauce after it cooks and you remove it from the pot. The meats were ok. If you like boiled meat with some seasoning this is definitely your place. Then, we got the dark chocolate dip for dessert. It came with several different sweets and fruit. It was pretty good. I would like to add that we were completely aware of the price beforehand. So, we were very disappointed with the quality and flavor. For $120 I would absolutely go anywhere else.

We had their Valentine's Day meal. It was a romantic atmosphere with a decorative table.Parking: Limited parking spaces arrive early would be my recommendation.

I was so disappointed in our waitress. She had way to many tables. I took my husband for his first time and I was embarrassed. My sister and I come all the time, twice a month and spend over $200.00. I will think twice the next time.

Gabe was a fantastic server. The food, albeit expensive, was fantastic and I know to some degree you pay for the experience as well, which was also outstanding! Wonderful upscale place to enjoy a longer, satisfying dining experience.

The food is amazing. The service was great. Lisa was very sweet and attentive. The atmosphere is just what you want on a date night, but great for any other night too. We had a great time!

High priced eating but always fun shared with special friends and family as you generate your own food fun!! Server engaged, pleasant. knowledgeable and attentive. Food always good. Got the back room for seconded time, not my favorite.

Came to take my friends out as a celebration, the hostess asked us if we were okay with sitting in the bar area and we said okay. I wouldn't have said yes if I knew we would get horribly slow service with the bartender making drinks most of the night and coming over to us every now and then. On top of that I told the hostess we had a gluten allergy, but the server didn't know or bring out gluten free options unless asked to. When we got our cookies and cream chocolate fondue, he put the Oreos in the chocolate and when we told him no we can have them he just scooped them out and left. I couldn't eat the chocolate because of the contamination, but with the super slow service didn't bother to ask for a new one since we were now late to an event. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with an allergy or event after a dinner. I don't ended up paying for a meal that I couldn't eat
