My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch at approximately 2 PM. There was nobody else there except the young girls behind the counter. It's probably been 35 years since I stopped at a waffle house. Must say this was pretty good. I would normally never give four stars to a place like this, but the food was good and the girls behind the counter were friendly in person! The restaurant was pristine! I forgot about the relatively simple menu. I decided on their Texas steak sandwich and my wife, a waffle with peanut butter chips and a side of bacon. They were delivered extremely quickly with good presentation. Not sure if it'll be another 35 years to visit a waffle house as this was so good.

You blew it on Valentine’s Day, Waffle House. We made reservations and specifically asked for the wheelchair access at the front bar. After being told we were the second party to make reservations, we were assured the space would be reserved. Repeatedly. As we were getting out of the car, I watched a waitress seat people in Said reserved spot. Where was I “parked” in my wheelchair? Up against the filthy refrigerator in the back corner. What’s worse there was long black hair on the counter in front of my placemat. There was tape hanging off the refrigerator along with dust, grime and stains. That’s what I looked at during my entire meal. Everytime the refrigerator door was opened by the wait staff, the plastic menus would fall over. No one picked them up, no one apologized. Not one person can say they didn’t know I was unhappy. It wasn’t until I had a chat with the district mgr at the end of our meal that I had an opportunity to voice my disappointment. And, that was after I asked him to clean up the hair in front of my placemat. Yes, I get it’s Waffle House, and we love to go there. However, put yourself in my chair for just a moment. After 25 years of being my own advocate in public, I can’t just stay quiet. We made the effort, but we weren’t met in the middle. Therefore, I felt no motivation to make the situation go away for them. Stop staring at me, and do better. That’s what they all did until I made eye contact. They stared. Were you feeling pity or were you praying I wouldn’t complain? My money is just as good and I deserve the same respect as any other customer regardless of how busy you are. We’re Sunday regulars at the Bauer Rd. location. I do feel confident that if Derrick or the two servers we usually see had been there, this would have never happened.If only I had taken photos. You would have been disgusted, too.Wheelchair accessibility: Pitiful tonight. Do better, Waffle House. It’s 2024.

It is a great place to sit down and escape the world for a few. Loved the food. They were very accommodating to even the silly requests. ? The staff was amazing and I look forward to visiting again! I went around noon. Not too busy, and the wait time for your food is almost none existence. Will definitely be going back!

Ok y'all so it's 2 :AM and all we wanted was so waffles . As we were in there my aunt told them 2 waffles were messed up and the girl just tried to rub it off when she knew what she was talking about. She said they added another waffle and that also didn't make a difference because they burned it . They saw it and flipped it over and tried to cover it up KNOWING it was so messed up. Service was not good , messed up waffles etc. like dang all you gotta do it make some waffles and get money. It ain't that hard. It is so bad I wanna give it a 0 , but that's not possible so I give it a one.
The one right at Bronson field outside the gate was on Time! I reccomend it everyday!

Got great service. However, the place was filthy. Our hands stuck to the table because it was so sticky. My wife's waffles was over cooked. My eggs was under cooked. There was a hair in my food. We will not be back.
