Love the food, but they werent busy by any means and i feel swindled. I ordered an all star. Chocolate for the waffle, gravy for the hashbrowns. I dont ask for much, except for chocolate and gravy... well i receieved neither. Id accept it if they were busy, but i was the only current order they had and they messed it up. I was charged for it as well. I tried to call and it sent me to voicemail.. ive been robbed of my money and the enjoyment of chocolate and gravy..Will not order from this location again.. Ive learned my lesson. My feelings and wallet are hurt.

The waitress were very pleasant excellent food. Open 24 hours I like that.we use the wafflehouse on 29 under expressway by Holiday inn.Vegetarian options: They are there thats all that counts
I truly hope management reads this. The wife and I have grown fond of this location. Unlike most every chain restaurant on the map Waffle House continues to deliver consistent food and service. No it's not 5 star food but it is fresh, properly prepared in a very orderly fashion. Being retired Certified Executive Chef after 45 years it's nice to feel welcomed and get what we have come to expect every visit. Typically we would visit this location 2-3 times weekly. That is no more!!Last three visits were disgusting. The nasty loud hip hop blasting juke box blaring while trying to enjoy our visit and meal impossible. What was the ridiculous part was being told 1. No one could go in the offices and either turn it off or even lower the volume. After three such visits both breakfast and dinner it's three and done. I hate this. We actually got where we would be looking forward to Waffle House. It is close to home, enjoyed the staff and value for our dollars. I hope the store on Nine Mile at University can fill the void we now have. If this were a local pub, or sports bar environment a juke box is typical, but Waffle House? Sorry not a good fit.

I love how the atmosphere is just different. When you go in there you don't feel rush to order or eat and they are always so nice and responsive. If you are looking for that down home southern food. You came to the right place!
