After pouring my drink I head to the side of the machine in search of the lid for the glass and straw. I'm looking in all the containers and I can't find the straw. I ask the employee and she tells me that there are straws, which she tells me are on top of the drinks machine. To this, the same employee and her colleagues laugh at me in my presence, disrespecting me because I told her that there were no straws before looking at the machine. Usually the straws are either given to you or found next to the machine along with everything else, never on top. It is the first restaurant where I see that they put them on top of the drinks machine. That was my first and last time going to that restaurant. By the way, the day I visited said restaurant was 4/2/2024 at 8:30 in the morning. I hope they give you a warning so that it doesn't happen again.

Had to leave drive thru after sitting for 15 minutes behind a single car at the speaker. Left and came back 30 minutes later to go inside hoping I would have more luck. The same car was still sitting at the speaker. I go inside and find out they the woman working headset has stopping taking orders because she was getting too overwhelmed with drive thru (there was one car waiting at the window and a handful of people waiting inside). Ended up waiting 30 minutes inside for my patty melt. I worked fast food for a few years and I can tell this crew needs a training refresher.

waited 15 mins in the drive thru for a fish combo, I was the only one in the drive thru and only 1 person inside dinning, food was still cold, fries cold amd soggy like they'd been sitting over the grease for awhile, will not be returning during the evening, service during the day is much

Tina was very kind, but the manager Melissa had an AWFUL ATTITUDE. I feel like the Whataburger standard has fallen. Melissa needs an attitude check. Hideous management!!!! Tina was the only saving grace and reason I didn't give 1 star. 5 stars for Tina.

I'm very disappointed with this whataburger. I've been to plenty of whataburgers, and this was by far the worst one I have ever been to. The burger patty that I got was so old and dry, I guess they had an old already made patty that they didn't want to make a new one. The bread was hard, the cheese was dried out, there was almost no lettuce, no extra pickles, no ketchup. The fries seemed like they had been refried because they were so hard and flavorless. The wings were so over sauced. Just stick to the regular menu items. Will not be visiting this location ever again. If you're not going to provide fresh, good quality food at night, don't stay open 24 hours or hire someone that is going to put in the effort and sell good quality products.
The number 11 combo chicken sandwich fries and a drink was really good. I didn't know the sandwich would be grilled chicken, but I'm glad it was, because it was delicious.

Have never in my life spent so much time in a drive thru to where I called the store to make sure people were alive in there. Nobody answered go figure. Three cars in front of us and at least 10 minutes per car and didn't even receive hot fries, nothing was hot. I will never go back to this location again.

417 E Gregory in Pensacola.Avoid this Whataburger. It's a serious train wreck. We're just sitting here killing time. Waiting for a parade to get started. So just observing. People Waiting up to 20 minutes for food!. 2 of the 8 or so people are working. The 2 are nice and asking customers (3 at the most) to please be patient, there's a wait. I think the drive thru is busy. The tables are clean (and empty). The floor is clean but VERY slippery. Some young boys came that had some fun sliding on the floor ?
