SLOW food not fast food. 30 mins to get food in drive through with 3 cars in front of you kind of slow. Food is good. Wait times are ridiculous

30-45 min for drive-through... for Luke, warm food is beyond unacceptable. Should have just gone to a restaurant, which would have been cheaper for the time wasted here

Disappointed. Not up to the usual standards. Ordering was efficient but dined in and most of the tables were sticky. I asked for something to clean our table and was given wipes. When food brought out it was dropped off. Used to condiments tray, additional napkins etc. was still good lunch but not what we've come to expect.

I was disappointed with my experience and food. First, my order was wrong. Got the wrong size fries, forgot my sauces that I paid for, and forgot to give me spicy ketchup. After having to go back and get everything I was missing, I got home to eat a disappointing meal. The fries lacked taste, the burger was overcooked and bland, and the chicken tenders were dried out. Don't understand why they have such a high rating.

Don't you love it when you go somewhere and the people working and they don't hate it they are actually very kind and helpful which makes for a pleasant visit I thank the very kind older black woman with freckles I wish I would have gotten her name!

The hamburgers and fries are really good. There was a bit of a line inside and at the drive-thru, but the staff was pretty quick at getting the line down and the food out. They have a person that walks by periodically asking if we need any condiments which was nice.

Let me preface this by saying I generally come once a week because I work close. For the last 2 months every single time they have had me pull forward and wait, putting my time in a drive through around 20 minutes. Today, I ordered just 2 small things, I get to the window and was asked if I ordered something different. The lady realized she handed my order to the car in front of me and rushed to get theirs out. Then I was pulled forward.. after 5 minutes someone else's order was brought out too me. Finally after the 20 minute mark today, my order came out, with grease covering the exterior of the bag and missing my apple pie. So now I have to get out and go to the front counter to get my order. This will be the last time, this place is a joke now and can't make orders properly in a timely manner.
