Stopped by the drive thru and picked up a couple of jalapeno cheddar sausage biscuits and they were great and the young man at the window was very polite and friendly, great visit and great service

As always, this place is one of my all-time childhood favorites so I can never really say anything bad. This place is extremely busy during lunch so plan accordingly. Food was good as usual. The staff was friendly as usual and it was clean. Bathrooms included so definitely a nice place to have a bite of fast food

To go order was wrong. We were too far away to return it when discovered. Regular coke instead of diet (my wife is diabetic), no potatos in taquitos, sugar for coffee instead of splenda, etc.

I really don't know where to start bec I've been back to this store 3 times from messed up online orders. This was my favorite store until Sunday evening when I waited in line for my online order for 58min. Left I got home my order was botched. I called and spoke to Ms. Monica stated she was short staffed and had a truck and she would fix it after she returned from her vacation if I didn't want to drive back 20min away. Fast forward I ordered online again get there order not ready and wrong. The mistake was not checking the salads get home Rotten lettuce throught the salads this is so unacceptable. Whataburger is too expensive for Subpar service. Very disappointing after speaking to Ms. Greta who was very nice by the way..Please get my store back on track hire workers who want to work like Ms. April who was very apologetic for my previous experience......
