Our drive-thru server must have been having a terrible day or may just have an unpleasant attitude towards others.. it felt as though we were annoying them by ordering 2 simple meals, and ìĺwhen we got to the window, the server didn't ask or say anything, other than hold their hand out for our payments?¿ The food was good enough to eat, thankfully, but it was drenched in dressing on each of our burgers, and we reheated our fries once we got back home (about a 3 minute drive) .. usually, I prefer not to say anything about anyone if it's not kind. The visit just left me with a 'bad taste in my mouth' (no pun intended).. will we return? Yes, because It's always been such a great fast-food joint to swing thru. And I believe in 2nd chances. Hopefully, it will be a better service

Order number 3 combo Fry's are cold Burger half cooked and sloppily put together and the New chicken menu high-priced and hard as a rock. The other whataburgers food is on point this one needs help take the time and travel a little further for better quality for your money.

Bacon was not quite done.Biscuit was hard on top and bottom.Coffee was empty.The parking can be a nightmare when the drive thru is backed up.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru for a 3 piece chicken tender meal and their new wing meal. Our food was cold and this is how my drink came. There is no way possible to not have seen this in the cup while putting the lid on, not to mention the many chunks out of the cup on the rim. The girl looked at me blankly, I had to ask her for a new drink, she said she would go get one, yet proceeded to help all four cars behind me.

This whataburger was super disappointing and it took forever to give us service. The patty melt had no sauce on it, the fries were flimsy, and the restaurant was kind of dirty.
