This store has extremely got better in all aspect’s, to customers service, food quality, and timing! What ever you guys are doing keep it up! Shot out to Mikayel, Darius and the rest of the crew for great customer provided! Will definitely be back now.

Horrible wings, horrible service. There were people working and they were just standing around while one was cooking and one working the register. The girl that was on the register was more concerned about hurrying up and finishing the orders so she could join the ones behind her that weren't doing anything. I ended up throwing the food in the garage

Staff was really nice and friendly. Easy to order and dine in or pick up. Dining area a little cramped and small. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Some of the best wings and fries in Pensacola. Definitely going again! * Military discount available*
The chicken was very light colored barely seasoned and gummy. All together nasty. I called to see what could be done the man argued with me then told me I couldn’t get a refund and that he can remake whatever food I had left.

great food, it was one of the best wingstop experiences, way better than anything in texas. the wings and fries were a million times better and they had amazing customer service.
We arrived and placed an order. A large pack of bone in Parmesan garlic. Ok the lady, although really busy, was pleasant enough. We got home and the wings were just bad. They were just rubbed with Parmesan cheese. Like the kind you get for spaghetti when you don’t know any better. Thankfully I had purchased Walmart Parmesan garlic wing sauce a week earlier. So after putting the wings in the air fryer and then saucing them, they were pretty damn good. Spent my Friday making wings instead of watching the movie with my family which I guess is why I spent money at wingstop. Go figure ??

I love Wingstop and eat it often. However this location on mobile hwy is nothing but pathetic. I ordered my food at 10:15pm and it said order will be ready in 16-21 minutes. I even got there almost 30 minutes after I ordered because I know this location takes longer to get the food out, I was told they were still working on it and waited an additional 15 minutes. It was not busy and there was at least 6 people on shift which looks like plenty bc some people were standing around instead of helping the 1 employee push orders out. The manager of this location must be blind bc the moment you walk in you can tell no one cares about the guests. They purposefully ignore guests. No sense of urgency. No work ethic and slower than slow. And someone get the employees to buy a belt to hold their pants up.
