I am still waiting on a manager or owner to contact me about my order that I wasn't happy about ,it has been almost a month since I called and still no call back,I went to the other location and left my name and number so I could voice my concerns.I haven't been to 98 location in a while but it was my go to place ,the young lady that use to work there she was good at her job,I never had any problems with my order,I don't know what happened but you need to get her back and let the kids go that don't care how they prepare a order that said lite lemon pepper,I hope you the owner take some time to get in touch with this not so happy customer?

This place used to be good when they opened, not the sauces taste like a$$, the service is horrible because there all kinds! And they never get an order, right, and every time you go to pick up, they’re always missing something and you have to drive back up there! I am officially done with this place!

EVERYTIME I COME I GOTTA WAIT AT LEAST 15-20+ minutes even when i put the order in 20_30 minutes prior! What is good with you guys? What's the point in putting a mobil order?

We used to really enjoy this place but today our experience was not the best. Everything we ordered off the menu was rung up for hugher prices then what was stated. There is also a 2.00 up charge for paying with card and not cash. When we questioned the cashier we were told those were her computer prices for the food. We then asked her about a bottle upcharged on a meal, she said she didn't mean to add that and handed me a one dollar bill. I then asked why we were charged for the complimentary first serving of celery and she said it's not complimentary when the menu clearly states it is. We ordered sodas but half of the soda machine didn't work. When a staff member came out she was hitting the side of the machine and told us that it was ghetto. We sat down to wait to eat and it was extremely dark. There were no other lights on except a string of outside lights but half of them were burned out. When the food came out it was warm and good but they did send out the wrong food for my child. She received boneless when we had ordered bone-in. They fixed that issue pretty quickly. We used to love this place but due to the over charging and place being so run down I don't think we will return.

Food is always made fresh and delicious! Never tastes old and the salads are always fresh. Place could be a little cleaner inside though…okay a lot.

This used to be my favorite to eat at for the last 5 years sense I moved here from NY the place USED to make me feel like I was at home good food different but nice people from all walks of life working there clean all the time...But now the prices have skyrocketed ehh bad economy whateverBut what is not ok is in the last 8ish months they get my order wrong I sit there for an hour plus mind you then I sit inside the place for another 20 minutes just for the fool working the register to tell me o wait it's been sitting here ready the whole time and it's gotten to the point were I used to eat there once a week now its once a month and if I see a certain cashier working I'm not even going to go into the place anymore I'lljust go to jin jin in the windixe parking lotIf managment or the owner would like to contact me for feed back I really do think the place can be saved but if things tont go back to the way they were there done for and it sucks cuz again.... it WAS my favorite place to eatBut it does scare me how the tables are always sticky and the floors are so sticky you cant were open toe shoes ?

This is ridiculous. I've been waiting 45 minutes for boneless wings. Maybe if they would get off their phone and focus on their job, the wait wouldn't be so long. I've spent my entire hour lunch break waiting on food.

Service has truly went downhill since they've hired this new crew. The Summer crew was 1000x better. Smells like straight weed when you walk in. I called and ordered over the phone. I waited 45mins just to be told that it'll be another 30mins because they gave my order to another customer. After waiting an additional 30mins, I was missing a 5pc. I specifically requested Hot Honey and I clarified with the woman over the phone I wanted Hot with honey drizzled, but was given Hot Honey BBQ. When I told her this was wrong, she told the cook to "rinse it off". I told her several times to give me my money back as I do not want rinsed off chicken. Completely ignored my requests for my money back. He dropped my chicken back in the grease then sauced it (still tasted like BBQ sauce BTW.) I suggest you guys hire some more adults that actually pay attention to customer service.

ITS HORRIBLE, I used to to work there and it’s just disgusting, I come in town to visit from college, and they are cutting raw chicken meat up by the buckets where they sauce wings, the cashier isn’t dressed for a “professional” job, it’s poorly ran, disgusting in the kitchen, it’s not a place to eat at to be real cuh, every since the old manager left a few months ago, the business has went down hill, I hope health inspectors pop up randomly one day ?AND PRICES DONT MATCH UP GO THE AMOUNT OF FOOD , OR THE WAY THE FOOD TASTES, I think a 20peice should be $5 by the way they cook them??‍♂️

Very slow, owner of this place doesn’t know how to staff its kitchen, most likely using this is a front to smuggle drugs or something. Food was undercooked, business won’t last long here in Pensacola. I’d find somewhere else to eat then this

Horrible place of business since that man who passed away left the restaurant to whomever sorry for the loss but can y'all hire a decent staff ?? The little girl Ava has consecutive check and messedup my orders 3x the only cook that's good is the older white guy in the mustang. The establishment is below health code the kids don't even know how to even cook the food or even greet customers the place is slowly but surely going down the dream wouldn't recommend or go back at all
