Not good service or food I love Popeyes but this place was a dump

The manager on duty would not honor my receipt survey for two pieces of chicken and a biscuit with the purchase of a large drink, claiming that she did not know how to ring it into the register. This is shockingly poor customer service. The customer should not be punished for the incompetence and sheer stupidity of the employees. I left after waiting 20 minutes in line to order, with nothing.

Eat at a lot of Popeyes. There's usually all the same. This one was below normal. The wings must have been third pick. Three out of the six bones was broken which I hate. The breasts looked like it was messed up. No skin

3/16/24, 8:05 pm. I would rate this Popeyes 0 if I could. After we ordered and pulled up to the drive thru window, I asked the heavy set lady if it was possible to add mashed potatoes and was told harshly “No it’s too late” that’s it. I actually thought she was being sarcastic and chuckled. However, it became apparent she was being serious. She didn’t even greet us when we pulled in, focused her attention on the next customer before even finishing our transaction. Gave the card back, no “have a nice night” or anything, continued to ignore us and move onto the next customer like they probably did with all the people in front of us. It was clear that she was too lazy and somehow overwhelmed with 3-4 cars. I come from DC, 3-4 cars is equivalent to that of what a rock could serve here in this small town. I will never come back and will continue to tell others not to waste one minute on this trash establishment.

2-24-24 @6:10pm drive through I ask for honey mustard she gives me ranch. I also asked for coleslaw and get Mac and cheese found out when I got home. But I will not be going back there I'd be afraid to get her. So it's else where now. Everyone needs to stop at the drive through window and check everything if you get from her. Big lady I feel it was deliberate.

I had blackened chicken, and it was excellent. I really don't like the heavily breaded, hard, crunchy, deep fried chicken sandwiches sold by many of these chicken places. But this blackened chicken was really good. I'll have it again sometime. The coleslaw was tasteless.
Went throught the drive thru for a 12 piece tender that cost 32 bucks and was told to pull foward proceeded to wait 25 min and nothing DO NOT EAT HERE ITS

My family meal came out to be $41 and i can honestly say that the macaroni and cheese was the best part of the entire meal!! The chicken was small, hard, and dry. The biscuits were hard and dry even with honey and the mashed pota were super spicy. Needless to say IF I am to return to a Popeyes it will only be out of desperation and for the macaroni and cheese.
