Your manager( short black lady with glasses) SHE IS AWESOME I was so broke on my birthday but she brightened my day, and added a little note that said… Happy birthday inside my present. The food is ok but I keep receiving it cold. It’s telling me it supposed to be here at 2:11 and I still haven’t gotten my food I called and customer service rep told me the actual location is not taking calls and it will make it here by 2:44! It’s been out for delivery about 30 minutes and i live 10 minutes from them! I want my money back and to just go to McDonald’s at this point and grab something but I can’t even get in touch with anyone to get a refund!!

They took an hour to make my food, it takes 15 minutes to get to their store from my house. They had the app pinged that it was ready before I got to the stores location. I get my food finally, get home and realize an empty space, the exact size of a slice of my pizza missing out the box. I tipped them 25%. Never ordering from this rundown establishment again. The pizza was literally already cold when I opened the box. Save your money.
I ordered a honey, hot pizza and got a cheese pizza. I was on the phone with them for about 20 minutes before I finally got to speak to somebody just for them to tell me that they have to replace the Pizza and not credit my account. I will never ever ever order from Pizza Hut again, and I will tell everybody the story, and hopefully that will deter them from wanting to order from Pizza Hut as well.
