The food is very spicy without mild options, therefore, I asked for sour cream to break the spice and they said: "The truck did not deliver sour cream today" - looking for a place to sit, all the tables and floor were dirty, and no one to clean, not even when I asked for. I will not return.Dietary restrictions: All the protein available, 2/3 types of beef, 2/3 types of chicken, 1 pork - all the chicken and beef options are VERY SPICY with no mild option. Make at least 1 type of mild chicken. I do not eat pork for religion reasons. Make sure all the restaurants have someone to clean the area AS NEEDED, the way you have now is not efficient.

Tables were dirty. Trash bins overflowing so much there was garbage on the floor.Out of half the menu. No ice either for fountain drinks.The chips were stale.The food that was available looked gross. I would have left to taco Rico but not my decision to make.My food wasn't good.I don't know why everyone raves over this place. It was my 2nd time having Chipotle and hopefully the last.

If I could give them a 0 I would. All of the food prep stations were disgusting, simply filthy. The rice we got served was overcooked and slimey which made the bowl have the consistency of mush. Also the chicken portion was smaller than all of the enthusiasm of every employees combined. Not coming here again, this chipotle location is dead.

We came at 9:15, they had stacked up most of the chairs and all the food bins were practically empty. They said they didn’t have rice, beans, chips, or chicken. After they saw our shocked faces, an older man did say they had rice. The rice was STARCHY, I mean glue. Rude employees, the place is filthy.

Why order online when you constantly screw it up?!? How many times...today's burrito, "cheese" but you didn't add ANY cheese. Paid AGAIN for Guacamole, got ZERO Guacamole.Hire someone who either cares or can read! This isn't the first time you ripped us off.
