i went yesterday and it was fantastic i ordered a crunchy avo toast and a tex mex wrap recommended by sofia she was fantastic and had wonderful customer service i will be coming back soon

My wife and I heard about Just Salad and decided to give it a shot. We absolutely loved it and are now regulars who go around 2-3 times per week. The food is always outstanding. We’ve tried several of the bowls and each and every one has been a delight. And I must say, while the food got us hooked, the exemplary service keeps us coming back. Eva, in particular, is simply fantastic. She always greets us with a smile and in addition to being extremely professional and efficient, she is always friendly and a total joy to deal with. We wholeheartedly recommend the Pinecrest location. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Yesterday I visited Just Salad for the first time, I didn't know aboutthis place, but I'm very glad to have discovered them. They have many healthy food options, juices, soups, wraps, etc. I ordered a Peruvian Bowl and the only thing I can say is that it was delicious. It was recommended to me by a very nice girl who I wish to remind her name but she told me that she is the Store Manager. I will be back for sure to get my lunch every day.Another thing I noticed is the cleanliness of the place.Thank you Just Salad for making a healthy lifestyle easier!!! ?

HUGE shoutout to Eva and this Just Salad location in particular. Seriously, it’s my favorite Just Salad in South Florida. Eva and her entire team are so helpful and always ready to assist. I usually go near closing time and they still greet me with a smile and are always happy to take my order. Also, the food and produce is always fresh and delicious. I can’t recommend enough!!! Healthy food made with a lot of care and positive energy. What more can you ask for :)

The wait times for ordering and receiving your food are excessively long, employees are more focused on the "to go orders and delivery orders"so you have to wait often without any acknowledgment from the staff. However, the quality of the food is generally good.

I am a regular at this place. I ordered my usual with dressing mixed in. I got home and realized there was no dressing at all whatsoever on my salad. I went back to this location with my bowl and asked if they could please toss in some dressing in my already paid for bowl and the young lady was adamant that there was dressing in the bowl as I showed her the bowl was BONE dry and she claimed she personally saw that bowl being made with dressing mixed in. She absolutely refused to help me and after pleading and basically begging she finally budged and said all she could do was give it to me in the side.Pictures of dry salad and the dressing which is green and would have smeared the cardboard bowl included.
