Just came in to have breakfast was sat down no one came to help me for over 10 minutes while I sat there and watched several customer sit and get their orders taken right away. I am a regular here I live down the street it's sad to see how Service declines. I just got up and walked out. I'll go down the street for breakfast where I can receive decent service.

The food was good. The service was excellent. Amanda was warm, friendly and professional. She made us feel like regulars and friends. The other staff members offering coffee and clearing the table were equally as friendly and kind. We will revisit.

I've always liked their bagels, but this time mine was being prepared while the girl was using her phone, which was also on top of the counter. I found this not very hygienic. I cropped the pic because i don't want them to focus on one person, rather on guidelines.
