Saturday 2300. Sydney was the bartender. The order...came out PERFECT!!! The appetizer was pretzel knots...excellent. Our main munch...wings. Sydney didn't just make sure the order was right. She made sure it excelled. Best experience we have ever had at BWW. Bravo Zulu Sydney (Navy speak for Job Well Done!!!)

The website says they close at 12 am, I went after work to eat wings at 11:20 pm and they told me I couldn't eat there because they closed at 11:30 pm. I can understand when the workers are tired (I'm also a waitress) but the published schedule should be respected, since I arrived at 11:20 p.m. just for 15 wings.

During my experience at this restaurant was horrible, our server Derrick had a huge attitude the entire time. Very unprofessional, he also try to bribe us with some outdated coupons for a tip!! Due to the poor service that we received we decided not to tip. When we were walking towards are car, the server Derrick came out of the store yelling “No Tip” as we respond we had poor service. I was scared this man was chasing us to our vehicle. My anxiety raised as we felt threatened by him. Management please speaks to your employees in regards customer service. I would like a manager to call me in regards this employee behavior!Note: We usually tip very good all the times up 22% but server didn’t deserve a tip due to poor attitude.

Great atmosphere, I always enjoy outdoor seating. So many great flavors for wings and they're are always cooked good. Staff was great.
Really gone downhill. Once seated, no one came to the table for over 10 mins. The food was tasty and hot but appetizer and entrée were served at the same time and some of the wings were tiny. The booth seats were ripped. Expected a lot

I went there for an Uber delivery today and waited 20 minutes for my order when the restaurant was empty. To put this in perspective, an order usually takes me 20 minutes total from the time I get pinged to leaving it with the customer. I could have done a whole other order in the time it took me waiting. With such a long wait you also often lose your tip. Fortunately that did not happen this time. The staff told me at least 3 times it would just be a couple more minutes. Drinks were not even made by the time the food part finally came out. I will not accept orders from this store again.

This review is for a doordash order that got extremely messed up with their third party. The staff and manager were so kind and nice and not only remade our food for us for free but also gave us a $20 gift card. The absolute definition of customer service, and I’m so thankful their are managers that still run these establishments this way
