Stopped there with plans on placing an order but after using the bathroom first and seeing how filthy the bathroom was I changed my mind. That bathroom filthy from days of not being cleaned from the toilet to the sink spigot floor everything... The health department needs to be sent to this place

Even though the illuminated sign out front says, "Open at 5 am," I never once found it open when stopping on my way to work around 5:45.Recently I went in to work an hour late and thought for sure I could stop in, relax, and have breakfast. Nope. The lobby was closed. Person at the window said they can't open the lobby because they are under staffed.

Whoever is in charge at night is lazy. A disgrace and a public humiliation if I may.. They close at 12 therefore you should be able to order food until 12 then after 12 they should do whatever they have to do to shut the store down. However they take it upon themselves every single night to start closing at 11 so that they can leave at midnight and if you show up between 11 and 12 they hide from you. It's shocking how often my hubs doesn't realize he wants bk until after 11 but it's a disappointment every time he does. Simple fix here, adjust your hours or do your job and stay open until 11. There's got to be someone that cares so my mission tomorrow will be to find that person..

i ordered a bacon double cheese burger , with a PLAIN bun on top, i cant have seeds, the bun was wrapped separately from the burger and the dam bun had seeds on it.Dietary restrictions: i cannot have seeds.
