The food was good, the fries were good. I had a bacon cheeseburger wife had a chicken sandwich. My burger had to be fixed before eating it, bacon was coming off and top bun was only half on. My wife's chicken was very dark, old grease was our first thought. She said it was ok. Her wait in line was a bit long for "fast" food.

Haven't had checkers un so long , it was so delicious we had to drive home not to far to drive by the time we got home the food was still hot, customer service was fast, and friendly.

I arrived and I was very polite. It took around 5-10 minutes to place my order. While placing the order I was specific on the fact I didn’t want vegetables. The dude then took cheese off of my cheeseburger! Then I got sandwhiches with vegetables and noooo cheeseee. I then very nicely went to talk to the lady and told her it was made incorrectly. Then after being ignored for a while she responded “just pick it off and she doesn’t care. Then walked away”. Worst experience iv ever had and the biggest waste of money.

Person at the window was rude about the rewards we had even though we showed her on the phone. She took several times to get number correct then said you have none. All the time rolling her eyes at my husband. This location has always been difficult to deal with.

Don't know what manager is there today but please go back to the regular Tues Manger. Poor service no food..Bless the cook he's the best

They are out of everything, no nothing in the shop. All machines are broken. They are currently waiting on a delivery from another location so that they will have food. Out of chicken, out of buns, and machine is broken. They need inventory!

I asked for mozzarella sticks and got a rude response No. I asked for cheddar instead of American cheese and the manager on duty asked what I was talking about rudely. She then argued with me and told me that she wasn't going to serve me. Super unprofessional! I will NEVER attempt to go to this establishment again. My advice is to do the same.

Drove 10 minutes out of my way to get checkers. Pulled up and was not greeted was just told and i quote "it will be 30 minutes". Asked if that was for fries or certain sandwiches again no explanation just that it would be "30 minutes". I left and went to Wendy's. Even if there are technical difficulties or orders cant be made please do better on customer service. Even a "sorry we need 30 minutes to fix our stove etc." Would have been more customer friendly.

Ugghh I hated going to Checkers UNTIL I went to this one. Every time I got to Checkers the workers are always so rude. There is a girl named Jasmine that works here and she just went above and beyond to make sure my order is right. I wish every fast food worker was like her!!
It seems like their system is down all time during lunch and supper hours. Employees sit outside at picnic table on their phones. And yell to customers in drive thru that system is down.

The automated ordering process could not figure out what we wanted to order. Went to the window to order and they said we couldn't order from the window, then said we could, but they didn't have any drink cups or milkshakes. Don't bother going to this checkers.

Went to this Checkers last night 6:35 pm - (Jan 21, 2023) Supper time. As we parked and got out of our car - A employee yelled over to let us know - They were taking a break for the next 20 mins. So basically - The place was closed for the next 20 mins - so everyone could have a break at the same time.... ??? In other words - please leave -

So the first time I’ve been to that checkers since they did the automated thing which tells you how often I go to checkers and I got aggravated cause it kept repeating itself and I asked the lady when I pulled up to the window to repeat it and she was very nasty and then she told the other lady working there that she was going to cuss me out. Come to find out she was the manger. Wow is all I can say!! Like really. How lazy are things coming to!
