Entered at 8:10pm and there was a sign saying “no more hot dogs” we ask why , we were told it depends . I was confused so apparently they clean early and want to leave early so they shut stuff down early . Worst experience and our first time there . Never

Stopped at Mochinut with hi expectations but was unfortunately disappointed with our experience...We ordered 3 different flavor donuts (3 for $9.00 a little steep for 3 very thin donuts). The donuts themselves flavor wise were very disappointing and my Black sugar milk tea with boba was really flat on flavor compared to others boba places that I am used to. The place has mostly plastic chairs but on one of the two cushioned seats that I sat on was extremely dirty. This trifecta made it unfortunately clear that I won't be back...

I really like the food and drink. It's soooo good! That being said.... why is the mozzarella always missing from the sticks? There should definitely be more in there I feel.... it is very hot and humid inside and not the cleanest place. Wish I didn't like the food and drink so much ?
Great place to stop and grab a sweet bite. One of the best donuts I have had was the chocolate donut, it was so tender and almost moist inside, unlike any fried dough I have had, the chocolate was excellent quality as well.The boba was some of the most tender little balls you can find, the perfect amount of chewiness that doesn’t make your jaw hurt. I ordered the signature milk tea but I would recommend the Thai tea with boba, the signature did not have much flavor.I would totally stop by again if I was in the area, quality snacks for a quality price.

Finally went to try a Korean Rice Dog! This has been on my want-to-try list for awhile. I got half cheese and half meat (since I wasn't sure which I would like better, why not get both?!) rolled in potatoes... And it was delicious!

I agree with many of the reviews. A shame because apparently the other locations are rated well. I'll start with the interior echoing a similar comment. Needs a little help. When I was in Korea it was all about the aesthetic of any place and this place needs some design. They have some cute signs but it's kind of bare and they may be understaffed but when I went there were customers but not too busy to come out and wipe the tables so cleanliness needs improvement. The cashier though was super sweet and friendly. She was very patient with me while I went back and forth which I do appreciate. The service was good and my food came out pretty quick.The food didn't meet my expectations but that's what I get for taking food advice from my teenaged students lol. I got the potato corn dog and honestly it was ok. It was crunchy but bland so add some condiments or sugar like they do in Korea. Sorry I'll admit to being a food snob in that once you try food in the country you'll judge how it's made back home. The mochi donuts looked good so maybe I'll try them next. I did have the jasmine green tea and that was good even without sugar. Overall, customer service was good but the food was ok so unsure if I'll return.

Terrible service! Food was disgusting. Food was fried and cooked in old grease. When we told them we wanted a refund. They were very rude and disrespectful. I’ll travel all the way to Tampa before I go to that one again the manager needs to be fired because of her racist behavior.
