The establishment has been in decline for a few years now. While I used to frequent this place, it is no longer worth the time or money.The cashier consistently struggles to fulfill my orders accurately. After multiple attempts, I conceded and accepted the incorrect orders. The quality of the food has also diminished while the prices have increased. The portions have become smaller, and the taste is merely satisfactory. Considering these factors, it would be better to go somewhere else.

Very unique bread display guysAlso the new menu is a joke. My family and I cancelled our sips club. How could you guys do this to your loyal customers? Cut the food in half and double the cost? That’s just evil most of the customers are older on fixed incomes. Your soup comes out of a plastic bag for crying out loud!!

This franchise should put the tables at least the tables with no umbrella back on the west side by the entrance. Years ago tables were in this location. Nice shade & it was an acceptable spot considering the location of eatery. The south side feels dangerous with cars swinging into drive thru just a yard or so from jumping the curb running into the people at the tables...don't say this can't happen, cars jump curbs all the time into buildings. In today's society with drivers preoccupation with cell phone use or just barely able to see thru their steering wheel those tables by the drive thru are an accident looking for a place to happen!! Management wake up!!

Too many tats. Too many piercings. To many shades of hair color. Had an issue with a man wanting to use the womens restroom when my pre-teen daughter was in there. I had to keep him out. Manager was not helpful at all. Too woke. Never going to another Panera.

Went to try the ☕️ coffee! The bathrooms are clean, the tables have plug in for students who bring laptops, it's a great place to do schoolwork, it's lovely coffee too! The service could do better, the old guy at counter wasn't very friendly kind of seemed put off that we ordered anything to be honest, but all in all it's a decent place. ?

Went and got a bowl for first time barely any food in there for $14. I’m never coming back.
Very disappointed today since I was charged full price for cup of soup ordered through app which advertised $1 cup of soup with entree. I’m a fairly new customer and I’d say the food is very good but they don’t honor their offers at the Pinellas Park location and the manager could care less as she didn’t even acknowledge my presence less known my complaint.

Ken was working by himself at the register taking orders. He was the absolute sweetest man and worker I have ever came across. There was a line about to go out the door and not a single other employee dared to help him. I brought it to the attention of another worker and still after that no one was helping him.My boyfriend and I both work in customer service and it was heart breaking to see the amazing working be stuck to struggle by himself. Other employees were laughing in the kitchen while he was running around working the hardest I’ve ever seen.This store needs to do better. Treat your GOOD employees with respect.THIS is why no one wants to work anymore. Unfairness.
