Ordering was easy showed up fast was very satisfied I only order from Pizza Hut.
I don’t expect much from any chain pizza place but this was by far one of the worst meals I’ve had. Got the pepperoni melt and bonesless medium wings. The melt was awful and the marinara they give with is so sweet. The wings just tasted funny. Took a bite of each and returned to Pizza Hut for a refund. Again, I don’t expect much from places like Pizza Hut but I was hoping it would at least be edible.

Last time I order from this store. Website says 15 minutes for pickup and they did it in 1.5 hours. And they got my order wrong.This is pathetic service at best.

Every person on this shift was absolutely amazing in resolving it, I️ couldn’t image better customer service. Even more so that it’s a busy holiday. Shoutout to ALL of the employees on the night shift. (2/14 7pm-8pm) I️ made a huge mistake on my end when ordering and didn’t notice until later on. They resolved the issue perfectly and each had amazing customer service - despite it being such a big busy day as well. Thank you so much, and I️ hope that the employees get some recognition because they were amazing.

Excellent experience and pizza from Pinellas Park location. Pizza delivered on. Friday night within 20 minutes, was exactly as ordered and very hot. Could not have been a better experience :-)

Ordered pizza, they took my money it never came. Went down there they said the subed out my delivery to door dash and door dash canceled it. But they never made the pizza so I dont know if that was true. After 2 hrs they had my money but I had no pizza. Went down to the store because they dont answer thier phone and the manager made it right but I had to wait for them to actually cook what I ordered hours prior.

Ok so I just want to start off by saying I've been a frequent diner here at BJ's for years now and let me tell you, Ms. Sharon with the pretty green eyes is 100% the BEST there is, truly top notch!! If I didn't know she was my server, I'd think she was part of management. She exudes professionalism, she is so knowledgeable, attentive and she genuinely cares about her job and us as her guests. She not only was taking care of us and a couple other tables close by us which I'm guessing was her section, but I saw this girl help all the other guests throughout the restaurant. And she never looked annoyed doing it..She never missed a beat. You don't see that too much anymore, she wa a breath of fresh air. I can bet on it that she'll soon be on a management team, hopefully here because I live close by and I love you all, or some where rise... so I'd hang on to this one guys. Ms. Sharon hss gained us as some very appreciative return guests as well as some others when I let them know about her. Thank you so much Ms. Sharon, you truly are a gem
