I’ve always gone to Popeyes since I was a young girl with this experience in Pinellas Park was horrible. I even wrote and never got an answer from them. It was for the Super Bowl game and we ordered different types of chicken wings so overpriced and very low chicken wings horrible I don’t think I’ll ever go to Popeyes again because of Pinellas Park.

I just want sum1 2 know in my opinion at the Park Blvd I order 18 with a large side plus got 6wing free also got to pick 3 flavors 19.99 plus tax... Mannnnnn let me tell you there was a wait period but it was so worth it!!! that lemon honey pepper babbbeee!!! Yes all of my wings were fresh hot and my complete order was right I've just got off working 18hr an these wings were worth a review sorry wing stop I'm definitely digging these! No disappointment sweet&spicy Good! Roasted Garlic Good! But that lemon honey Yessss Sir!!!! Thank you crew yall made my day!!!

My experience here really traumatized me. Safe to say I will never eat Popeyes again. While I understand it is a fast food restaurant and my expectations should be low, I did not expect to be as violated as I was. I am a pescetarian and have not ingested chicken in 10+ years... until now. I was very excited to enjoy their returning Fried Flounder Fish Sandwich and spent a total of 65.00 on 4 of them, with a few sides. My husband and I were eating and after a few bites, something was not right. The sandwich was indeed.... CHICKEN. I felt so disgusted and forced myself to throw up. Unfortunately, nothing came out. The receipt stapled to my bag clearly stated "FLND (for flounder) Sandwich". I did not understand because this has never happened to me before, even with past Popeyes visits. The disgust that I felt ingesting chicken and the way it made me sick, could have been avoided if the employee preparing the order cared to read the ticket or ask questions if confused on the order. On top of that, when I brought this to their attention, I did not receive any apologies. No looks of guilt or remorse. And barely any friendliness. Just told to get my refund through their app. The cherry on top of the cake is that I drove (in an Uber) 6mi to this specific Popeyes, because most of the reviews said their food was good and well prepared. So not only did I waste money traveling, but wasted money at this terrible place. They really need to get it together.
Today my daughter went to get me some lunch I'm on the phone with her I can hear the lady being so rude for no reason all we order was 6 wings fries n drink but the way the lady was speaking blew me threw the phone I believe in customer service the time was about 11:55 on 01/29/2024 who ever she waa also walk off on my daughter she str8 wrong if she doesn't like hwe job she shouldn't have there at all

There's nothing like Popeyes for spicy breaded chicken. And their black beans and rice! I really wish they'd bring back the Cajun rice. The biscuits, and I'm not a bread eater, just melt in your mouth. I asked for butter for my biscuits once, they said they didn't carry any, which I thought was strange. Until I took one bite of a biscuit. Serious foodgasm!! Yep, I said it! ??

I spent $47.00 family special, 2 spicy breast only. 1 extra breast. We didn't receive our biscuits(5) and the breast were all thighs !!It took 38 minutes to receive our order. Nobody answers the phone 7:08 pm . Not a happy customer today !!
