I visited this place quite frequently until tonight. Went in for my pickup order and was told it was sent out with a Doordasher (why, labeled pickup...?). Proceeded to show my receipt, labeled pickup..., and the kid had nothing to say other than it was sent out with a doordasher already. I asked again for my food, and was denied. Poor guest service skills, yall lost a good customer today

If I’m gonna pay $5 for extra grilled chicken I expect that also if I order sour cream and house salsa, I expect that to, but no I paid for things I did not get. DO BETTER. SO maybe, hear me out on this, read the order. Always issues ordering from you. I won’t be ordering from you again and I will be making sure that my friends and family know not to order from you as well. I wouldn’t recommend ANYTHING from your establishment. SMH not like it’s not in print and not cursive.

My first time visiting - customer service was great - food was great - place is clean - staff was friendly and helpful . I was even offered a drink while I wait for the food to be prepared . Very impressive and will be back again !!

Horrible customer service from Summer. Very rude. My Burrito was garbage since she threw way too many jalapeños on it and an ridiculous amount of Pico. And when I say threw, this girl was slamming the toppings on it like she had something against that Burrito. Maybe this girl should work in the back where she doesn't have to deal with the public.

So I bought from this place before about a year ago , and they didn't cook the rice fully I thought mistake no biggie a year later I try to place again the rice is still not cook hard rice , not good at all and when I call them no answer so ridiculous. Never again it's a pass for me . First time was thru door dash a year later take

Was looking for a spot with some vegan options while traveling on I-4, so we took exit 21 and tried Bubbakoo's. I had a burrito bowl with BB and brown rice, guacamole, cilantro, lettuce, house salsa and chips. It was surprisingly good! Definitely worth checking out this spot.

I ordered through door dash. Paid 25.00 for a burrito. I have heard good things abut this place, but was greatly disappointed with a rice burrito that after 10 bites i finally found a flavorless meat. They left the sauce off completely. Between poor food quality and door dash this has to be one of the worst lunches i have ever had.
