Slowest Burger King on the planet. Love there, frozen Cokes, but the machine only works a quarter of the time. If it wasn't for my Dad, I would never go back. ?Wheelchair accessibility: My Dad is in a wheelchair and there is enough room for him.

I just went through the drive-thru tonight no customers at the place at all so it wasn't busy I ordered a bacon burger with only mayonnaise lettuce and onion and they didn't even put bacon on my Burger I try and call the store and no answer it rings and

Food was fairly quick but Luke warm. The front 2 registers were down so the employee had to take the order and walk away to ring it up and it took quite a few times to ring everything up! I felt bad for them but it does slow things down. The hash browns and French toast were under cooked and very blond looking and French toast was gummy.

Wow now I know why Chick-fil-A across the street is over flowing, the fry’s seems like they been sitting around since lunch my double whopper was lacking toppings and finding this after we got home, we won’t be back no matter how hungry I am,LESSON

We drove through here on our way home from St. Pete and stopped for a quick lunch…drive through staff was efficient and friendly! Food was hot and delicious. We were there the afternoon of Sunday, November 19th. I believe Cassidy may have been the name of one of the workers and she was great. Considering we have had bad service at high end restaurants, it was refreshing to drive through and have an incredible service. Thank you!

I don't know who is the one who took my drive-through order on Thonotosassa rd but on the receipt it says Florence. I'm not sure if that was just the employee who is handing out the food, but this Burger King I always have a problem with the cashier being extremely unprofessional and very rude. She always has an attitude and screams at the speaker. She gets mad if you use coupons seems like she is the one paying it out of her pocket. Burger King has coupons for a reason they want customers to use them. I used 1 coupon not 10 lady. If she has so much trouble doing her job with professionalism and good attitude maybe she shouldn't be working in the customer service field. The employee who gave out the food wasn't rude, but she finds I'm guessing the managers attitude funny because she was smirking and smiling like it was funny. So it seems like they don't give two ducks at this location. I don't even know if corporate will do anything but I'm still going to contact them either way... at least they'll know that this manager at this location is a bad manager. I wonder if she treats customers this way or her employees too. She's bitter. I gave 2 stars bc my food is sometimes hot like today but that's it.
