Went through the drive through on 3/7/2024 in the evening, we placed our order and waited about 25 minutes then started noticing the cars behind us getting their orders. I guess they didn't make our food or the order was misplaced but after another 10 minutes we finally got our order. This isn't the first time this scenario has happened at this location. As well as missing items from my orders. They did offer a free meal for the next time.

They brought my my culvers deluxe butter burger within 2 mins of ordering…. It was some what warm. Definitely not made fresh. Worst culvers ive been to.

Only one issue with this location is that the water out or the fountain machine smells like fart! The ice uses the same water so my soda smells like fart too. I usually bring my own water or get soda without ice.

The food had absolutely no salt and zero taste. The chicken tenders were nicely cooked with not one drop of oil, but no flavor whatsoever and the French Fries had no salt either.
