Tonight we visited the plant city location and it was a packed house. The hostess quickly cleaned a table and got us sat. After just a few minutes the general manager came over and asked us if anyone had come by to say hello yet. We replied no and he apologized for the delay which wasn’t long at all and asked us what he could get us to drink. We told him our drinks and also told him we were ready to order. He took our order and waited on us anticipating our needs before we asked. I watched as he patiently directed staff and waited on us which gave the servers a chance to get caught up. He seems to be great manager that steps up and leads his team with action. ? we will be back!

Dukes is awesome! My first time there, and the atmosphere, our server Mikayla, and the food was great. The Duke's Brunette signature draft was delicious as well. I'll definitely come back again.Kid-friendliness: Has kids menu and arcade games in the back of the restaurant.

Sat down for 20 minutes, nobody came to take our order. Instead the waitresses took the orders of their friends and completely ignored us, I brought it up to a waitress who did not seem to care and continued to ignore us, so we got up and left.

Service was interesting... The sparkly belt ladies thought it would be smart to break our large group up between a couple waiters to make it more efficient yet my glass stayed empty, and when it came time to split checks, all hell broke loose. Not to mention the water tasted like pool water and made every drink that wasn't beer taste like chlorine. The only saving grace for this restaurant are the chicken wings and the clientele were very entertaining to observe.
