They need a little help with their espresso. Last three times i have taken my kids in i ordered a double shot of espresso. First of which the espresso came correctly. Second time i received about half a tablespoon and the lady said "thats all that came out so thats is a double shot". Today i received the proper volume but it was ice cold when it was handed to me. Hoping they review the employees or get new management... other than that the doughnuts are great.

I am a hugeeee Dunkin person, and go faithfully twice a day. In the morning, I go to the county line Dunkin and on my lunch break another plant city location. This Dunkin is hands down the best! They are always quick, courteous, and always have a smile on their face!

Don't ask for a receipt here, apparently the blonde chick that works here just throwsthem away even when you ask for one. Not one have I come here where it's, so busy, the person at the window can take simple instructions.

They can't make a mocha frozen !!! they added no cream the thing is so dark and bitter now I gotta drive back n waste gas and time for a remake
