My wife craved Fazoli's through her pregnancy 14 years ago and it had been about that long since we have eaten at one. This is the closest location to us and is over 200 miles from our house. Expectations were low based on previous reviews, but we were very surprised by the all around great experience. Service was friendly and professional. Food was tasty and a good value. Those breadsticks were as tasty as I remember.

I came here today for dinner. I used the restroom when I arrived and an employee locked the double key deadbolt lock on the bathroom door locking me in there. Nobody responded to be banging on the door and nobody answered the phone when I was calling them. Finally, someone I was with got someone to unlock the door but then I got scolded as if I was wrong in this whole situation. Why would anyone put a double key deadbolt lock on a bathroom door when there is no secondary way out!! ABSOLUTELY unacceptable.

Fazoli's has such nostalgic value, went so many times in the early back in the college days until the location near UCF closed. So on my trip to Tampa I was highly excited when a friend told me there was one nearby!Swung in during lunch and ordered the Ravioli w/ meat sauce and salad, pretty good. But who are we kidding, the breadsticks are were it's at! Even after the complimentary hot fresh ones, we ordered extra to go, lol.The restaurant itself was clean and kept cool which is great in the 90 degree weather lately and the staff were friendly as well. Glad Fazoli's is making a comeback!

My family and I enjoyed our food (breadsticks were the best part). I do wish the past tasted more fresh. But, I get it and it was still hot and tasted good. The Customer service was excellent, Azora was helpful, kind, and patient with us as we asked her numerous questions. She was attentive to our table and made our dining experience a positive one.Thank you Azora! We will be back.

Drive-through takes forever. Pasta kind of sucks but the wings are wonderful and the bread is good. As well as the pizza bread. Good price

Fazoli’s is great. It’s not fancy, nor does it try to be. The food tastes good, and is very well priced. Also this only place I know of where you can have pasta with a slice of pizza as a side.

We love Fazoli's usually..been to all in Tennessee and one in Atlanta..my daughters are obsessed w it. But the one near Busch Gardens made us want to quit. It was an hour before closing according to the manager , two according to the Google website. No trash cans available..restrooms locked..we were served in togo plates with the bread sticks on a sheet if wax paper. $27.15, i gave $30.15 and got back $2.85, spaghetti and meat sauce became spaghetti and meatballs n food was not fresh...won't be returning to that one

The food was fast and the breadsticks were satisfying. But that ends the good stuff. The food was obviously highly processed and not fresh. The prices were high given the quality of the food. And the location isn’t great. Sometimes you look around and wonder if you’re going to get robbed. The pasta was overcooked and flavorless. The chicken was a bit rubbery and dry. We will not be back.

I will start with the ambiance! The place is very spacious and had a really cool design! Definitely not a typical fast food place! The service there was also pretty sweet! The woman who served us was kind and super informative! Lastly the food! For the price, we had quite a lot of food and filled both me and my wife! The breadsticks were delicious, and in my opinion, way better than Olive Garden (hot topic I know). Now for the sampler! All three dishes were phenomenal! The fettuccine Alfredo was not too creamy, yet flavorful. The meatball was great and marinara sauce (which I am not the biggest fan of typically) was delicious! My favorite Italian dish is lasagna and this place did not disappoint! My only critique was that the breadsticks were brought out on a thin napkin instead of a plate, so make sure to ask for one. Other wise this place is deceptively good at making Italian food for the price!

Super friendly staff, DELICIOUS FOOD, the most amazing Breadsticks ever to exist!!! I was sooooooo excited when I saw that Fazolis is making a come back, I've missed it so! Their baked Lasagna is the best ever!!!! especially as a fast food style restaurant.

I think this has to be the most underrated restaurant in the Busch Gardens area!! We love to pop in after going to Busch Gardens or Adventure Island and grab the lunch combo for the clan. They always accommodate my weird eating (no cheese on salad, no butter on breadsticks) with a smile! The staff is always friendly and attentive.Love me some Fazoli’s!Vegetarian options: Spaghetti marinara, cheese pizza, fettuccine Alfredo, and the cheese ravioli are family favorites.
