Arrived and the bathrooms are code locked. The person working the front counter was also taking the orders for drive thru, which she was more concerned about. After finally giving the order to the person before us, we stood for a good 3-4 minutes before she turned around to take our order. Meanwhile, she took 4 orders from people in the drive thru. Her attitude was that she didn't want to be there. When I asked a simple question if they offered something, she proceeded to be snappy with me. After our order was placed, 2 seperate patrons entered to place orders and left after waiting for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Won't be back.

0/10 it was right at 11 so everything should have been hot getting ready for lunch and the burger tasted 2 days old and the fries where so cold you could scrape the grease from them.

Pissed off , the restaurant wasn't busy we spent $ 51.22 waited 10 mins for tenders, burgers were not fresh, there were 3 napkins in a bag with 12 items. My husband's apple pies were missing.

It saddens me that your employees have to be in a required uniform that does not include long sleeves. It is very cold on days like today and that window opens a lot before the sun is able to come out and warm them up. The least you could do is supply them with jackets or long sleeve shirts that will keep their arms covered during the cooler months. You could provide jackets for them.

It's really not a good experience when the music is playing and an employee, even on break, is sitting in the dining area with the phone playing aloud. Headphones should be used.

Well today was a busy day for our pc Hardee's! It's Sunday yum day! Biscuit & gravy and a cinnamon & raisin biscuit for dessert. My one day a week treat! These ladies run a tight ship n the cooks keep it coming! I don't love the drive they always taking priority over the inside dining customers but I get it. They make their profits on those get it n go people! Still it's always a great dining experience for my weekend break.
