Went in and placed order for an entire office of people. Three of the sandwiches were made completely wrong. Called the same day, they said the next time we come we can get three free sandwiches. Didn't give a time frame on that. Called a couple weeks later when we decide to give another chance, there is no note about getting replacement sandwiches and was told we waited too long. They lost an office full of customers due to the fact they aren't communicating and can't seem to get the sandwiches right and doesn't care to fix the sitation.To reply to the managers reply below, this is incorrect. We did not come back for them. No one has placed an order since then. We didn’t have a driver. I came in personally and I can tell you we have not been back since then.

The two gentlemen behind the counter did an amazing job! They were engaged with every customer, they gave suggestions to me on sandwiches and they were great! Definitely coming back with the family.

1/24/24 Came in 15 mins before store close and the employees were super accommodating even though they were closing down. The employees were kind, genuine & made great conversation! Give these kids a raise! -

Usually love jersey Mike's but this time it wasn't good very very little meat on my almost $20 sub very little I told my husband felt like we were at a subway it was bad & the 2 females working were very load and cussing the whole time we were inside we won't be going back to that place again and hoping the others haven't gotten that bad with making subs
