This is a great little shop. It's basically a couple of freezers and a kitchen, but I don't think it needs more. You can buy La Princesa icy fruit pops and other ice creams. I was impressed by the range of flavors they offer. I saw pineapple, vanilla, mango, pecan, chocolate, coconut, strawberry, banana, and rice flavored pops. La Princesa is a paleta shop that also serves other Mexican snacks and street food: mangonada, elote, fruit with chili, etc. There are only 4 locations, with the other 3 being located in Arizona, Texas, and North Carolina. This shop is very small and is located in a small strip mall in Plant City. When you walk in there are several coolers full of ice cream and tons of different paleta flavors. Each paleta is only $1! This place is awesome. Limited menu, but great items. Their Mangonada and Elote are amazing (I order the mangonada without gummi. Also their ice cream bars are great. Try the rice flavor (rice pudding). Cash only and the lady in the front speaks perfectly English! Very nice people.
