In my opinion, Maryland's Chicken is THE BEST of them all. From the food, to the customer service of the employees, and right down to the prices. I would drive through 3 counties just to come here and purchase food. The best part is the left overs. When you reheat the chicken, it still tastes like it was just cooked. I even got others hooked on to them. Lol.

I’ve lived in plant city my entire life and have been a loyal customer this past experience, as as you can say, put a bad taste in my mouth.After ordering a meal as I return home, find out that the order was completely incorrect after giving them a call explaining my situation. I was told very abruptly. Oh just bring it back, not an apology. We will do something extra for you just bring it back so as I did, I didn’t get a oh sorry for the inconvenience just here’s your food so the review I’m giving this time. Hope you can train your employees a little bit better. I will continue to come to Maryland fried chicken, but I will double check my order just like McDonald’s.

Been trying to eat at this place for a few years now and for one reason or the other, it just didn't happen. So I was stoked to be going with my good friend Alfredo Carresquillo. He ordered for us and we placed an order to take to his house for his wife. The food was just what he ordered, it came out really quick and it was a very generous portion, piping hot and delicious!! I didn't know that the restrooms were outside. I declined since I now had Rob Zombie singing in my head!! The atmosphere was relatively quiet when we first arrived, but that quickly changed as a couple and their young son came through the door, arguing loudly and continued throughout the meal.Parking: We were there at about 3:30 in the afternoon and there was only 4 other people there, so we had our pick of parking spots( directly in front of the entrance). Easy in , easy out.Kid-friendliness: I can see that it is a great child friendly place. Booster seats, highchairs, kids menu.
