This McDonald's and the one off of I-4 did renovations and afterwards they no longer have fountain machines so that you refill your own drink anymore. You have to go to the front counter besides this being inconvenient, there's usually no one there because they've also downsized their staff. With the price of everything going up, it's the little things that count on a budget. McDonald's chose to cut the little things. If you're gonna eat unhealthy than at least get your money's worth. There's a burger King across the street that has a foundation machine where you can fill your own cup.

Ordered a mobile ordered at 6:30pm arrived at McDonald's at around 6:40 decided to go through the drive through to get it which by the time we got up to the pick up window it was 7. Was asked to pull forward once up to the pick up window. Waited about 6 min before going in to ask what was going on they responded with it's coming right up went and sat in the car for another 2 min. When it was finally brought out she handed me the bag and rudley said here you go and walked away.For one no one should wait almost 40 min for a mobile order and two no one should be pulled forward for 8 min regardless. Mobile orders are supposed to be the quicker option. And you definitely shouldn't be rude to people that have waited that long. Do better.

Waited 15 minutes only to find out they skipped over my
The food was pretty good and everything was fine but the customer service need severe improvement! I walked up to the counter to place an order for coffee and when I initially started talking to the girl she stood as far back from the counter as possible so I didn’t know if I was supposed to order from her or not, and when I did finally speak up to order she didn’t look up once, mumbled the entire time, made exasperated sighs when I would ask her to repeat herself because she was talking so low I couldn’t he her. Then once she was done taking my order she made her co-worker take my money like the whole interaction was a waste of her time. Lmaoooo please teach y’all’s workers people skills and maybe somehuman decency and kindness. Good food tho!!

At this location they make sure to go out of their way to make sure you know your an inconvenience. Want the drink you paid for, ugh fine I guess. Want ketchup packets for your large fries and dry double cheeseburger, ugh ok (hands me two packets, then disappears. Good luck trying to get a refill since McDonald's took that away. Just one very pleasant and sweet employee here. Spanish woman that usually works the register.
