Very very disappointed,this made me never want to eat at this location ever again.I ordered the bowl and was already sad about the lil portion of food I had already got, but because I was so hungry I was going to pay my $20 and enjoy my food. To my surprise there was a hair in it when j told the manger she had a attitude with me and was starting to get a little rude due to me wanting a refund (as I lost my appetite). I was then told that I never paid for it and wasn’t eligible for a refund when I showed them my bank statement that in fact I did pay I was told to take it up with my bank…So I lost money and food that I couldn’t even enjoy

I recently heard that the Plant City Moe’s was under new management, so we figured we would give it a try. We walked in at 11:04 AM (the store was supposed to open at 11AM). Upon entering, we were not greeted by any of the employees, however, I did see a small girl (maybe five or six years old), who was sitting in the dining room by herself scooping salsa into small cups without any gloves on. Then, when we went to order, there were no rice or beans available on the bar and we were told that it would be at least another hour before they had black beans ready. As they went to put our quesadilla on the grill, I overheard one of the employees ask the manager if the grill was clean yet, and the manager shook her head “no” before placing our food directly on the supposedly unclean grill. We proceeded to pay for our food and eat in the dining room. The dining room looked as though it had not been swept from the previous day and there were multiple dirty tables even though we were the first customers of the day. The whole time, I felt as though we were being watched by the staff, and as we went to leave, the manager was shooting us nasty looks. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I ordered take out, my order was finished just as I arrived. Staff was very friendly and prompt. I later received a email asking about my experience. After I responded, I received a quick response from the GM Kristen. Looking forward to many more visits!

Tell me how you order two burritos and burrito bowl just to get a quarter bag of chips. Not to mention the burritos were small as hell.

Don’t try to come to this place for dinner. The lazy workers there (who are perhaps the worst I’ve seen) decide to not make any food after 6pm so you are welcome to eat there, but expect only rice and beans. They arbitrarily decide when to close for the night, and their customer service is terrible. Go to Taco Bell

Quite possibly the worst Moe's ever. Staffed by 3 people. The placed just looked run down, dark and dingey, and dirty. Virtually no crowd and slow. The Homewrecker I got was a bit on the salty side (and not in a good way). Customer interaction was minimal. I had to ask for the chips. When he scooped it it was a lot. I won't need to ask for seconds. I'm pretty sure I won't be returning here until much is improved. I'd take pictures but it would be too conspicuous.

If you see this please don’t go here!!! I dine in and it wasn’t clean at all first they took long to come and take my order and the food was very cold and horrible,Fruit flies were all around the drink station and the sauces? and when my daughter went to go use the restroom she seen bugs coming out of the cracks in the restroom and we immediately left.

The woman serving was speaking inappropriately to the customers. When I said yikes! She said -- Oh, it's just adult humor... I looked right at her and motioned to the couple behind me with two children. She was also touching her face with the gloves and continuing to serve food with the contaminated gloves.The tomatillo sauce was nearly empty, with nothing but green water and it wasn't even lunch yet. The chicken was sooo burnt, I had to spit it out and the chips were old and stale.This order was to go and I won't be returning.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I'm really irritated. I've been comming to this Moe's for years and before COVID I would have/ did leave great review but they have seriously gone down hill. Whenever I go in now they are out of something food wise. Also product wise. The prices have doubled and quality has gone down. I understand about being out but you should tell customers so they can decide what they want. They are out of lids for bowls of queso so they gave me 4 of the little condiment containers. When I called they assured me it's the same. What are they going to say? To be fair they aren't skimping on the food they do have. I just think they should let the customer know and decide. They are not adjusting the price down for out of stocks so it should be my choice. On top of that the food was not as good as usual.

I went to Moe's Southwest Grill for the first time in Plant City. The food looked like it was low and had been sitting there for quite some time. The real test was the taste. The chicken taco was alright but the steak taco was awful. Old rubbery meat that was barely fit for a dog. I'll never step foot back in that place. Gross and big waste of money.

The past couple of times we ate here was not that good and this last time we all 4 got sick. Salsa was spoiled (stunk) Will never go back to this location again. Hire new people and manager. When you spend 60 dollars at a taco place you think it would be good.

Well, what is there to say? It’s your average moes. Had a nice server boy, very caring for our needs. Wasn’t to thrilled with the rest of the staff. Much hollering could be heard between them. I even saw an employee sitting around on the job! Yelling isn’t exactly a nice sound to eat too. This location could use much improvement.Moes needs to stop raising their prices, it is getting ridiculous.
