I really enjoyed they're so annoying steak it was very good I was surprised I enjoyed the whole meal everything was excellent waitress was awesome very courteous everybody was polite I had a blast enjoyed my whole meal I enjoyed my drink it was very Pleasant relaxing chattery all the above I would definitely go here again and again I haven't been there in 10 years I enjoyed myself very much I do recommend a lobster and steak special right now it is very good

Steak came out smelling rotten. Was sent back 39 minutes later no steak. Our waitress was awesome. She came out apologized and told us they over cooked the steak, and she had them making another one for us. The manager came out once in the beginning. Then returned with a bag to go of steak said she wanted us to be able to take it since we waited 45 minutes for it. She walked away as our wonderful waitress apologized again. We opened the box and the steak was raw! The steak was taken off our ticket. Not happy with the outcome. It was my daughters birthday. We got melted ice cream. Waited forever for our one raw steak, and the other meals were not so great! I expected more feom management. The one great thing about our time there was our waitress! The food, cooks, and management were a total disappointment! Coming from another manager in the food industry!

Whether dining in or opting for takeout, every experience has been top-notch. A huge shoutout to Joseph for his exceptional assistance – he was incredibly helpful, speedy, and genuinely nice. Another shoutout to Laura, she is super kind & we love her drinks!! This Outback truly stands out as the best in every way!!

Seated at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, we did not eat until almost 3:00. Drinks were left unfilled, most orders were wrong, and food came out cold. Unusual for outback, I realize Sunday can be busy, but wrong orders are not the fault of the kitchen.

We went to here for our 29th anniversary today. We had Abigale for our server and she was very courteous and outgoing. Although the service and restaurant was excellent our food not so much. My wife had the Ribeye. It had a lot of excess fat and not that great beef flavor you would expect from a restaurant. I had a full slab of the ribs. They were the toughest baby back ribs I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even stick a fork in them or hardly cut with a knife. It was very hard to pull them apart. Definitely a huge disappointment.

We visited this Outback on Sunday just past noon. It looked busy, but we were seated immediately. Soon, almost all tables were filled. Our waiter, Patrick, quickly took our order. Our food tasted great.
After being in the road for so long my husband decided to stop in Plant City and our daughter wanted Outback. I am so glad we ate here! Our server Ashley was wonderful! She was attentive and so friendly and made us feel welcome. You have a great employee!
