Ordered pizza tonight and the pizza came all crammed in the box like the driver hit the brakes to hard or something and the pizza fell forward. Then the cut job is absolutely horrible. We got chicken parm garlic knots and they have sausage and peppers in it? Definitely not chicken parm.

Young people are having fun, music loud, talking over the music, I lost my phone, I looked everywhere. My friend has the app life360, so I tracked my phone to them, so I called and asked if they found a phone, know was the answer, so my friend and me went to the place, walked in asked again, answer NO, My phone was in the sit where I was sitting 3 hours later. They didn't even clean the table. I will never go back

I would give zero if possible. food was fine but service or lack of management skills was really terrible. Order was supposed to be 25 got it after 43 minutes. Front counter really needs work as lots of people were waiting and were visibly frustrated.

(Kuddos to Tyler's Parents THANK YOU for raising such a great respectful hard working young man) He was so good that We called And UPDATED HIS TIP 10 more dollars. Tyler if you see this THANK YOU it's great seeing hard working young people like you. Also I really hope your boss or the owner sees this and let's you know. Again THANK YOU

Even after a screwup with our order and delivery through DoorDash- everyone went out of their way to ensure we were promptly taken care of when I wound up just going to pick up our pizza myself!!! This is literally what customer service is about! Great job guys!!!(Of course the pizza was DELICIOUS!)

Well I guess I'm never eating from here again they sent us somebody else's order then told us if we didn't want to correct it we would just have a credit in the computer for the order when we wanted to order again called later to order and use the credit and was told they would not honor it that they did not have it in their system I guess that's why this is location has a 3.5 star
Ordered a pizza tonight, they delivered it cold, burnt and not the extra cheese I paid for. Last week I got a pizza and had food poisoning. The manager tonight wouldn’t even make us another pizza. I will never go there again. Don’t go there they are terrible!

Just get your dinner elsewhere...this location in Plant City couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat. 4 of every 5 orders have an issue. Staff doesn't seem to care and no apology. Tonight...ordered a pizza...wait time says roughly 33 minutes...I think great...this location never does anything that fast...an hour and a half later...pizza shows up. Get inside to eat it...open the box to find out it was someone else's order. Call the store...first 2 times I'm disconnected...next time I'm put on hold...girl says oh ya...we've been looking for that pizza! I said well it's here...she says we're too busy...it'll be 30 minutes before we even start working on another pizza...but we can give you a credit? a credit? That still leaves me with no dinner...and why should I wait for your other orders first...common sense says make the one you screwed up first and send that ahead of the others...I know common sense isn't common these days...and why do I want a credit? I'm not ordering here again! EVERY time I order, pizza is hours away...item is missing...today the wrong pizza...it's a JOKE at this place.

We got the best deal with their new pair your items for $6.99 each. I created my own pizza with one topping and it was really good. I had Barbecue Sauce Cheese and grilled chicken on one pizza and a meatball pizza! These were medium pizzas and didn't break our bank!
