One of the worst dining experiences of my entire life. Ate inside. Had my order taken by an 8 year old while a 6 year old JUMPED ON A TRAMPOLINE in the dining area. Should have left instantly when I saw that but stayed cause i was starving. Kid comes over and asks me "what you want?" In a rude tone. I order my drink and some sushi. 25 minutes pass, im the only customer there. Kid hasnt refilled my drink cause hes too busy arguing in mandarin with his little sister. Eventually I ask him to check why its taking so long. He comes out thr back and says "oh, my mom forget to start it" so i got up and left

Being new to the area, I wanted to give this local spot a chance. I ordered the chiraschi bowl (mix of sushi with rice). I'm not sure what it was in the food, but the quality of the sushi mixed with their miso soup appetizer, was not the best idea. I felt pretty queezy afterwards, and a few days later as I'm typing this review, it doesn't bring back good memories and is making me queezy just writing this. The bowl was a joke, it was served in the same to-go plate meant for a roll. For the price and the amount of food served in comparison to other local competitors, I would just drive a couple miles to get better quality food that actually fills you up. If you end up deciding to eat here because of convenience, good luck! You've been warned.

I called to place an order and the guy that answered was real rude. I told him nevermind I would go somewhere else. He called my house 3 times, and after I told him to stop calling my house. He called again and cussed me out for not ordering.

Best place in Plant City. My husband loves the udon noodle soup and mei fun. My kids love beef and broccoli and lo mein. The gyoza is one of the best I have had. They are fast and friendly. It's a little farther from our house but we will make the drive for quality of food.

Poor customer service and cannot trust posted hours. They close early and are rude when dealing with the public. I hope in this time of most small businesses having issues keeping their doors open that they realize that alienating customers is not the way to continue operations for the long term.

We have ordered a few times from Sakura King. Usually, the food is great. Until our order on 12/18/2020. My wife ordered the Pork Lomein, I got Mongolian Beef with fried rice. We also ordered 2 egg rolls. My wife's food did not taste fresh. It didn't even look good. My food was no better. It's like they make big batches, then, over the course of several days, take what they need from those batches and reheat in a microwave. My fried rice was the worst that I've ever had. The only veggies in the rice was a little bit of onions and bean sprouts. It was tasteless. I had to add sweet soy sauce to it to give it some flavor. Because of the old, tasteless dishes, we will not be ordering from Sakura King ever again. We can create better Asian dishes than them. We were totally disappointed. Sakura King has lost us as repeat customers.

Absolutely bottom of the barrel. Bought takeout and after the first bite, threw it away. Love Chinese but their food was truly bad.
BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE: Absolutely the worst. If I could give minus 10 stars i would. 1st and last time here. Got a menu last week and prices are crossed out with a black marker and marked up. Ordered wonton soup and 2 combos. Rice was hard and wontons weren't done. To top it off there was 2 round black hairs in the soup. GROSS. Chicken chow mein tasted weird and had more celery than chicken. Wife had shrimp with garlic sauce that was slimy. When I called to complain, they hung up. I'm going tomorrow to demand a refund.
