There was a beverage I saw an ad for and wanted to try. The price they gave on the ad was totally different than the actual price, so I left (thirsty). The employee was very courteous and apologetic...still, the price issue left a bad taste in my mouth and I am very unlikely to give this chain a second chance. Do better on your advertising!

Just sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for 2 Blasts. People in line behind us were getting their food and driving around us. We went in to see what the problem was with our Blasts. They gave us an excuse that it was hard because they only had one person making them and other people ahead of us were ordering them (no one was ahead of us). We left without getting our Blasts we will not be back.

they completely messed my order up gave my girl old chicken i spent 50 $ wanted a refund they supposedly refunded not even half of my order and its been 2 weeks and i still have yet to receive any refund i would not recommend this place to no one they are a scam with poor food quality but charge like they are a 5 star

Always, please if you want your food to be good ask for it to be made fresh! If you don’t know food then you want know that FRESH to them means throwing it back on the grill causing the edges to burn! I’ve had better luck with day shift. The little carhop that I had today wouldn’t give me my refund receipt so that I could take a picture and I took it out his hand and when I gave it back to him he snatched it, balled his fist up, and walked away talking trash! The manager made an excuse for his age, but if you know he has an attitude problem why place him among your customers! My family will NOT be returning!

Shut off the grill almost an hour before they even closed. I would excuse it if it was the first time but it’s been like this the past couple of times i went. Why do you guys have a phone if you don’t answer it? The manager Savannah was extremely rude and yelled at us when we asked for some ketchup. I understand you might be busy but your attitude sure doesn’t help you out especially when there’s only 3 other cars in the parking lot. Management should be reevaluated. The parking lot was trashed and food took forever. Worst sonic ever! literally do not eat here

The lady at the drive through was very mean she was rude to the car in front of us. As soon as we pulled up she said we are not taking orders for another hour. We canceled our order. I don’t know why she was so mean I understand you might be busy because of a parade but acting like that to costumers is just not right.
