I ordered a tuna wrap. They took a piece of flatbread and rolled it up trying to make it look like a wrap, which I don’t like flatbread. Nobody bothered to call. This is an absolute disgrace. I will not be going back there again

I ordered a hot Italian with mayonnaise oil vinegar, banana peppers, tomatoes, and this is how my sandwich came that is so uncalled for I had the kid make me two sandwiches. He slapped one together. I made him take that back and this is how my sandwich came I’m very unsatisfied.

I don’t leave negative reviews but this store is willfully losing sales. I walked in to get 4 subs. Not bad service, just no service. So I left. The staff that didn’t greet me when I walked in said awesome to me when I left. If I was the shop owner I would want to know.

Order our food at the drive through.Asked for the outlaw Sandwich. They had no idea how to make it. So we told them what we wanted in it. Along with another sub. When we got home we realized that we did not get at all what we ordered. They literally just put meat lettuce and tomatoes and onion. No cheese which the outlaw comes with double... no sauce... and none of the viggies we asked for. They also did not toast it.... we were the only poeple in line so there is no way the mixed up our order with someone else.

Used a coupon that I have used before from previous coupons sent to me. I got turkey bacon whole and they charged for bacon when they haven't the times before. The manager wouldn't hear my side whatsoever and shut me down. I will never go here again.

States online that they are open 24 hours. I did a door dash order for them at 2am and they screwed over the customer and wasted my gas. Change your online hours so customers don't order from you after you close; Which in turn causes customers to lose money to door dash.

And the guys working there must be illiterate, because as other reviews state, ordered on the app and they messed up both subs. And, I made a huge mistake tipping $5 on a $9 order on the app. Will not return this location. The worst service around.
