NEVER order from here through Doordash. They usually mess up at least 1 thing, maybe missing an item or toppings being wrong. This time they sent the completely wrong order & we got 1 meal instead of 2. This was delivered to our job & we only get a 30 minute lunch so we couldn't wait for redelivery. We had to share a tiny burger & 6 nuggets. We have given them multiple chances & they fail every time. Our office will never order from here again.

Came at 12:15am when they close at 1am. Tried to order a salad since we just left the airport and it’s all that was open. I just wanted something light like a salad with grilled chicken since I needed dinner. They informed us they had no salads whatsoever.I’ve worked fast food/restaurants- it seems like this is because salads can take a little extra effort and they don’t want to make them this late because it’s more closing tasks. I get it but also, not really..The signage says hiring for up to $12/hr… perhaps if they would pay a livable wage, the staff would be inclined to do the work!

Shawn has zero sense of customer service. Insinuated that I was lying about my mobile order even though I could show him my receipt with the time date and location and my card number that it was paid for(even let him take a picture of it). He then made me come inside and invited me behind the counter to show me on his screen that he didn't have it. Being "right" was more important to him than actually helping a customer. I feel like that was unnecessary. And once I told him that was unnecessary he embarrassed me in front of an entire lobby full of people and said that there was something wrong with me. When he finally fulfilled the order 30 minutes later (once I convinced him that I was not a thief or a liar and another customer spoke up and said it did the same thing to his wife) he told me "you're welcome. The proper thing for you to say in the situation would be thank you" with the nastiest tone. I told him after the service he gave me was not something he deserved. At which he told me I was not welcome back at this location. This is not how you treat people. And I would never be back to this location had he told me that or not. I had just got done working 12 hours straight and was just trying to get my kids some food. Thank you for making life harder than necessary. I hope it made your night better

Order was not correct, drinks not marked, had to try the drinks to find out they were wrong, food was cold. I was told they had no ice, I parked and went inside to find that they had ice and had to fix my own drinks. Staff very rude when asked to fix the mistakes they made. Cheese not even melted on the hamburgers. Almost $40 wasted on trash food and service.
The worst one is there is at Baker Street in Plant City Florida now when I go there I always get the number for breakfast that's the biscuit chicken sandwich and I add a the last three times that I went there's been a problem they give me the wrong sandwich with bacon on it thank God my husband looks at his sandwich before he eats it otherwise he will be in the hospital because he is allergic to bacon go in there to speak to a supervisor very rude incompetent and will never go back to this Wendy's again I'm calling corporate cuz something got to give, it's not even a chicken biscuit sandwich it's a chicken bacon egg croissant sandwich wrong sandwich completely very highly upset third time and they refuse to give a refund they refuse to make it up to you I'm so over it

Good customer service at the drive thru, no long wait. Quick to get my order together, and it was accurate.The only thing I have a negative comment about was the young male employee outside sweeping around the parking lot.Baggy pants, shoe laces untied, unkept purple streaked hair, pants sitting down across his butt and he shuffled as he walked.I am sorry, I am an old school conservative, and if you accept employment, you are a representative of that company, and you need to look and act professional.The purple hair, okay, not my style, but at least comb your hair. There is a waist band on your pants for a reason, so pull your pants up and tuck your shirt in. Buy a black belt, and it goes with just about everything. Walk with Purpose in your step, not like you are about to fall over unconscious. Look at your fellow employees and follow their example, especially your manager.The food was good, so that was the most important thing.PS: I really would like to see Wendy's bring back the potato bar...1/25/24This was a quick drive-thru visit, but this time, I used the mobile app. This was a good experience. The order was accurate, and it only took about 5 minutes from the time I greeted at the menu until I had my food and was driving away.I would suggest working a little more on greeting customers and how to put a smile in your voice. I will be back in the near future.

Went thru to get my family.food since we have all been sick and I had to go around again due to missing items. But since I had to defend my receipt I was upset because the manager older lady looked at me like I was lying, once all the food was given it was cold and I wasn't going to deal with her again. I ordered a double combo it also had 1 meat patty on it. I am a food service manager so I fully understand the hiccups and shortages that make the day harder. But to treat ppl like theives when it was your mistake loses business.
