Good Morning, I would like to start of that I am a share holder of Wendy's stocks. I went to the Wendy's on James L Redman Rd Plant City FL. I got there at 7:30 and Was refused service because they didn't have anything ready. They were not serving at the moment. I asked when they opened in which I know they open at 6:30. She told me the morning person to open didn't show up. There were two different people in there and I asked when everything would be ready so i could order and they refused me! I told them I was willing to wait and that I'm a share holder and still refused me service. I know if my employee wasn't to show up at 630am to open I would have another employee in there ASAP to start service and making up any lost revenue. Who ever you have running this place is incompetent.

Was very upset when I got there. Couldn't eat inside. It was 7 pm on Sunday. When I got my food, my fries were ice cold, my burger was sloppily put together, and it was hard to eat without making a huge mess.

If I could zero stars I would! Was trying to take my two sons into the restaurant to order and all the doors were locked! It’s only 3 in the afternoon and they tell me the lobby is closed! This is absolutely ridiculous and corporate will not be happy about this! I will never ever come back again!

My last visit an employee called me a liar and that is one thing I am not. So I let her know how I felt about that. She decided to record my reaction on her cellphone. The manager did apologize but I would have fired that female on the spot. I was cursed at and I will probably not be visiting this location again.

It's impossible to order online and drive thru even though you choose the option in the app?? they want you to walk in to pick up your order. NOT TO MENTION they leave all to go orders on a table in front, literally anyone can go in there and grab anyone's orders or mess with the orders. If it's that difficult I'd rather go somewhere else.
